Nero is a very good HP debuff general for all troop types. I have 10 subs and I'm working on a t1 city that will not do any attacking. So my wall combo plan is a 10 star Nero and Arminius assistant. They combo to give 91% hp debuffs to ground/Mounted & 51% to siege/Range. Hope this helps.

all the paid duty generals, you want to check the 3rd and 4th specialities. some of them you just need to max specialities to make them relevant especially your Hecate.

Ah yes the Duty Officer, the Generals that are lucky to achieve Junior Status only to sit idle for months on end. Then people will say, "I don't need that stat right now..." All I can say is the more of these Generals that you are able to fully Awaken the more proficient your Keep becomes. Barring any buffs and de-Buffs. The stuff that won't necessarily win you the next battle but will keep you in the game longer.
