    Your Brazil Nut Cheese was the bomb! It was the best so far I've made out of the nut cheeses online (RUclips) so far. I followed all of your directions, and I like the coconut milk added I think it gave the cheese a richer taste. I also added a little bit of onions, Paprika seasoning, and a few drops of Hickory Smoke. Thank you for sharing...

      Ty's Conscious Kitchen I have a question... Is there any truth to the statement that Brazil nuts consumed in amounts more than 4 nuts per day can cause selenium toxicity and can be poisonous? Anyone that can answer please I would truly appreciate it. I am new to Brazil nut consumption and Alkaline way of eating and want to know if it needs to be consumed in moderation thank you! P.S. Ty your channel has given me life peace and blessings my brother! ✊🏾

    • @bigmanwreck
      @bigmanwreck 7 лет назад

      Not sure if your question was ever answered, but I eat brazil nuts everyday. .22-.25 pounds (scale talk). I'm good. Each brazil contains about 1 millionth of a gram of selenium. So, about 1000 brazil nuts a day for a few months should get you nice, and sick. Selenium is water soluble, so, even if you get a higher reading initially, it will only be temporary.
