  • Another conquested old NH road. I didn't get as much of it as id like to have due to the bridge condition but i wasn't about to hurt the bridge or worse. The pond is off to the side of this road however and is gorgeous. The first time i found it was with a friend and was a wonderful surprise. Looks like its extra low right now. Its land owned by the Strafford School District at the pond. Sadly i have seen tire marks and proof that some dipshits are running through the shallow areas of the pond and that's probably going to result in the land being closed eventually.

nice ride. there are miles of roads between canaan, dorchester, hanover all enclosed in one huge woods, called the gore. from upper turnpike to 118 basically. used to belong to some rich guy from beneficial company. anyway its all gated now. the bear guy has collared bears out there supposedly. when i was younger we used to go out there. it was pretty rough then but most of the roads can be driven by car now. you can still walk or hike. i mention this because there may be some places off 118 that could be interesting. 4a as well. have fun.

@orionoutdoorsandworkshop5617 I've heard this is a mountain bike club that's taken over this area around Dorchester. Some of their barriers are not legal and some are.

@@orionoutdoorsandworkshop5617 I haven't reached out to the municipalities in those areas yet. I have about 75 towns that I have sent emails to. About 3/4 of them have responded with varying degrees of helpfulness. That's probably going to keep me going at least through this fall I would like to expand further west and southwest into next year. I do know that I will need to improve my rig before tackling a lot of the stuff over on the west part of the state as it gets a little more challenging than what we have here in the South Central Area
