Camo Bear fair point but when they decompose they emit spores further spreading the infection. Also it takes 1-3 years for a Clicker to happen which is what you’re talking about in the building. So not only do you have to survive 1-3 years but for every person infected it adds at least 1-3 years to the long term infection. Keep in mind people get infected at different times which would cause the infection to drag on more than 100 years. This isn’t even considering Bloaters so yeah sadly there’s no waiting out TLoU’s apocalypse.
Colby I’m pretty sure its a version of “all gone” you hear the song multiple time throughout the game but each time it’s slightly different to fit the scene it’s playing over
I don't play a lot of videogames, but the Last of Us was so much more intense than all the other games I've played. This game means a lot to me. When i was playing It I felt that It was different from all the other stuff. I felt so strong emotions while playing It, asking myself really depth questions. I feel the pain of Joel, the pain of Ellie and the other characters. Is It right or Is It wrong what Joel did? What I would've done if It was me? I'm still thinking about the answer.
I'm not sure if its right either but I understand that he did it because Ellie is like a second daughter to him ,at the start he didn't care about her and now..
I was officially diagnosed with ADHD at the beginning of this year. Back to full-time collage and have a lot of problems focusing. I've been listening to your TLOU music on repeat and it has been so helpful for me to focus! I find so much comfort in TLOU and its music. Thank you! 💚
Tbh I think that The Last Of Us has one of the best if not the best start menu. If you start the game there is no knife but once you finish it you will find the knife of ellie on the sill of the window which might mean that the ellie journey is over so far and that she doesnt need to fight now... I also love how it is an empty abandoned room of a house which is probably overgrown which shows us the setting of the game... Meanwhile you hear this incredible played by some incredible musicians... every pause, every instrument and every part of the sounds just feels so carefully crafted together that people get goose pumps... It just feels like a world thats somewhat broken but still going on... its not like the music tries to create the atmosphere but the atmosphere tries to create the music... The room itself might just show us some part of the story which is why the room is so dark and broken meanwhile you look out the window and see the light which is one of the main themes within the story... It is just somewhat depressing, heartbreaking and at the same time unbelievably beautiful just like the game itself
one afternoon.. 9 years ago.. i play for the firts time , never have heard nothing of the game , i just bought and play the game in my ps3.. one of the best choices is my whole life ..
00:45 gives me chills. 25 days to go for part 2 and I cannot wait any longer, this game is nostalgia, and goosebumps, my personal favorite of all time.
Found this video, and I could not have found it at a better time. The Last of Us show is out and Im deeply stressed about exams, this brought me a kinda peace i hadn't found in ages. I sure hope I can make it thru this time. You my man are a legend!
I love thinking about an apocalypse because it reminds me of how futile our problems can seem.. Like Ellie finding that journal of a teenage girl who is worried about what clothes to wear so she can impress her crush. Our problems now would seem so frail in comparison if some sort of apocalypse happens! Just a reminder to be grateful for what we have and how easy* life can be! (* Life is not easy, even now. Our problems are still real, and they still effect us. Hope you are doing well, Stranger! You are loved
AHHHHH NOSTALGIA.. EVERYWHERE!!!! NOSTALGIA ATTACKING ME FROM EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!! Seriously though, this song and the main menu of TLOU 1 hits hard on me especially at 5:34. First time I played the game was on my uncle's house. To this day, I still have the TLOU 1 disk and box intact. I really have taken care of it. I even have the TLOU 2, I can't hear this without remebering the old times and thinking about how did TLOU 1 was launched back in 2013.. I feel so nostalgic now.
It's in a house in part 2. At least the part 2 trailer where Ellie sings. I hope that scene is in the game but it seemed like a very trailer made scene.
So don't know if listening to this during the Coronavirus Pandemic is a good idea or not... probably gonna have to play the Last of Us again for some training..

2:17 I can feel the agony in this violin
It hurts
!!!Spoiler alert!!!
R.i.p Joel
spoilers man have not played part 2 yet
:( at least put "TLOU 2 spoiler alert" I thought it was from part 1 this spoiler
@@pesseguitos Haven't u seen yet part 2?? .__. but yeah, I was spoiled a year ago too 😔
doing paperwork with a bottle of whiskey while listening to this masterpiece. its immaculate.
35:08 that guitar riff will always get me, they really couldn’t of picked better music!
Anyone else get hit with some emotional shit within the first 0:10 seconds of this video?
Me and it doesn't help that it's dawn rn. Despite the overwhelming sadness, I feel at peace.
yes
Yup, It’s called existentialism my guy
Yeah, for me its pain
First song is Metro Last Light
"No matter what you always find something to fight for"
Best music to relax when you are in a Post-Apocalypse Zombie,or feel, imagine that you are surviving against zombies finding a cure for the humanity
Camo Bear not in TLoU’s situation
Camo Bear fair point but when they decompose they emit spores further spreading the infection. Also it takes 1-3 years for a Clicker to happen which is what you’re talking about in the building. So not only do you have to survive 1-3 years but for every person infected it adds at least 1-3 years to the long term infection. Keep in mind people get infected at different times which would cause the infection to drag on more than 100 years. This isn’t even considering Bloaters so yeah sadly there’s no waiting out TLoU’s apocalypse.
Surviving zombie apocalypse it's hard than I thought because you have to keep running to avoid that mutated zombie
You can't say goodbye to people we 've have love besides your shoulder and gone forever
36:23 PS3 home screen when you insert the disc
its for ps4 too
Colby I’m pretty sure its a version of “all gone” you hear the song multiple time throughout the game but each time it’s slightly different to fit the scene it’s playing over
Colby glad I could help
You still got ps3??? I have it to
I don't play a lot of videogames, but the Last of Us was so much more intense than all the other games I've played.
I'm not sure if its right either but I understand that he did it because Ellie is like a second daughter to him ,at the start he didn't care about her and now..
play the metro series for similar apocalyptic warmth and atmosphere
whos ready for last of us part 2 boys and girls
Absolutely .. can't wait
Soooooo ready :)
:v
I can't wait so much I feel like Phillip J. Fry on his 99th cup of coffee. Seriously, that's what this anticipation feels like. It's GUT-WRENCHING.
@@princessthyemis i feel you its going to be so amazing
Never stop listening to this legend music after 9 years , I will love this game for ever .
Too many memories 😭the last of us 2 just won’t be the same.
10:00
"I swear to God, I get you out of this, you're so singing for me"
"You wish"
I was officially diagnosed with ADHD at the beginning of this year. Back to full-time collage and have a lot of problems focusing. I've been listening to your TLOU music on repeat and it has been so helpful for me to focus! I find so much comfort in TLOU and its music. Thank you! 💚
Hi Random Person Scrolling through the Comments. 🍻😎
hi
Yo

Hi
Hey
This is the perfect music background for life in the quarantine zone here in Italy
yep, i hope that Covid-19 become Cordiceps...
That nice soothing music that comes in telling you the danger is over and everything is back to normal after a fight.
one afternoon.. 9 years ago.. i play for the firts time , never have heard nothing of the game , i just bought and play the game in my ps3.. one of the best choices is my whole life ..
This alone is better than the "sequel". 💔 I miss the last of us. Thanks, man.
When the guitar comes in I get goosebumps, thank you Gustavo Santaolalla for some amazing music.
00:45 gives me chills. 25 days to go for part 2 and I cannot wait any longer, this game is nostalgia, and goosebumps, my personal favorite of all time.
Same :)
How did this end up?
Currently studying on this music. Had to clutch a A+ with that one.
This music makes me so emotional. As soon as it starts I get a physical gut punch feeling and it rips me apart
This menu screen is so simple but introduces you into the world even before you play you just get the vibe from it
34:14 man that sound floods me with SO many feelings
this is the most beautiful melody i've ever heard in my entire life
The last of us 1 and 2 will forever be in my heart.
Found this video, and I could not have found it at a better time. The Last of Us show is out and Im deeply stressed about exams, this brought me a kinda peace i hadn't found in ages. I sure hope I can make it thru this time. You my man are a legend!
12:00
😖😧❤
Ellie: what you doin?
Joel: killing time
Peaceful and threatining at the same time
I love thinking about an apocalypse because it reminds me of how futile our problems can seem..
Well said!
Anyone else ever wonder where this window is at in the game?
@@Aspir7 Wow. That's awesome. I will search shit out of Pittsburgh tomorrow. I'll write if I find something.
@@Aspir7 I searched and couldn't find window. There is no window or building in that location.
@@Aspir7 the window should have been one out of joel's house that would've been a great easter egg
I always assumed it was during the hotel portion of the game. Was never sure if I was right though
@@MynameisJohnlol bruh
Lol, 1 minute later... yo why is there something aggressively backing on my door
Make them Shivs loool
@@MynameisJohnlol if you think life is stressful enough with (work, studies, uni, life itself), imagine living The Last of Us situation itself :0
if you dont become a colder human being you will become mentally unstable. Getting feelings for people and everyone dieing and fighting everyday for your
survival, I dont think that sounds cool.
@@MynameisJohnlol While this may just be a way for you to express your love for this game, I don't think you really know what you're talking about.
Living in a world that's in ruins, where you're constantly fighting to survive zombies, constantly out hunting to stock up on food, water and supplies in a fallen world where resources are very limited, where you're constantly on edge and paranoid about the infected. Worrying if a person is your enemy at every new encounter. Losing many if not all people around you. That's not cool at all. The Last Of Us's world is pure hell.
Want to just keep this on loop... it's so relaxing and excellent for reading. Can't wait for TLOU2.
I remember going into this game completely blind, and I’m so thankful I did. Everything hit so hard, no spoilers no warnings no nothing. It made the game so much more memorable and fun.
Who here is replaying The Last of Us during this outbreak?
Finished today 😁
The day I quit gaming is the day I’ll get a physical copy of TLOU and keep it alongside my ps4 so my grand kids can experience history like we did
My favorite game ever
you have good english to be honest with u
Tu é brasileiro mano
@@AliM-qr8lq same. I love it
Salvee
If you didn’t say you were Brazilian I wouldn’t have known your first language isn’t English.
This Playlist is so Calming and beautiful, yet So haunting...
This is by far the most beautiful game I've even played.
It's changed me as a human being.
After this experience of a game, I've never been more grateful for what I have in my life. Family, Friends, Food, a Roof.
I don’t know why, but this soundtrack of “The Last Of Us” remember me a lot the “Red Dead Redemption” ambience soundtrack.
It’s 12:00 that gives me such an isolated feeling of a world that is gone it’s almost calming in a sense that the plant life gained everything back
I always come here to remember this window was the end of my childhood its helps me remember who I really am when I’m lost
Thank you for making this video
“When your lost in the dark…look for the light”
I remember when I was 12 and passed the game, seeing this brings back memories of the journey ❤️
I'm about to finish this awesome game. Great story and landscapes. I will replay it soon.
I throw this on in the background while reading the walking dead comics a perfect vibe
This takes me back to simpler times , this game along with other legendary games and it’s soundtracks really remind me how different my life is , I am 23 now all alone and I am just chasing that better life , at least we got these beautiful bits of music to remind how it used to be
The Last of Us changed my life. I will never forget how I felt after I finished it the first time. This game is the reason why humanity is worth saving.
I cant believe this music is so relaxing
This entire year has been so brutal and filled with so much loss and this music is the embodiment of dark time's and it's hard to see anything else when the shadow of this year that is 2020 will never completely go away. And trying to see the beauty in such time's is difficult.
Finished TLOU & 2, feels like home listening the beautiful variety of songs. Love "Allowed to be happy"
this is one of the most immersive games I've ever seen, I can't forget it... Whenever I hear that song by Joel on the guitar I tear up
I will never ever forget this series, man. Means the absolute world to me.
This music just let you feel and see the game. When I close my eyes and listen I see myself standing in an abandoned city. That's a real masterpiece
