  • We are taking a look at how to create realistic looking ripple effects in Grasshopper. This helps to make your render look more realistic and add a flare of droplet water to it, useful for coffee mugs or single/multiple droplet scenarios.

      @@SatoshiBuilds thanks for replying mann i have managed to do it woohoo. Now i have to learn how to fit this into a shape and how i can bake the mesh over and over again if possible.

    I know that you can create a ripple around a point, but do you know if you can create a ripple around a curve?

      Yes sure, maybe you can try to use divide curve and then place a looot of curves around it, it could work with that script as well.

    Would it be possible on 3d oriented surface?

      Yes sure, I would recommend either morph the surface then on a different existing surface, or if it's just roated, then you can orient with a reference and target plane or morph with a box. that works pretty well
