Ms.Pat you gotta cut down on the fast food, implement a daily exercise regimen and please live as long as you can! I'm a nurse and I do not want to see you end up as a cardiac patient in the hospital. You're retaining water, you probably have high blood pressure/cholesterol, and you've had episodes of angina. Your heart is telling you to make a change so that the world is able to appreciate your humor. You got this Ms. Pat! Also, my favorite sports team hasn't gotten into the playoffs in 17 years, I feel your Falcons pain.

Ms. Pat is right about sulfur 8. My mom used it on my hair and I hated the smell, it smells medicinal 🤣🤣 I remember family members using mayonnaise as a conditioner as well. Only in black families but it Definitely works!

Yes mayonnaise helps to condition the hair, also olive oil. Leave it on for a few hour or overnight with a towel wrapped around your head. Wash it real good after and your hair feels really soft

other favorite auntie (in my head) the world needs your light and laughter!! My mama had heart issues so I know little bit about it. Not trying to scare you but the tingling of the arms and legs are signs of a heart attack so please auntie I know it’s easier to say than it is do but please start eating better more fruits and veggies, salads. I was diagnosed with high Cholesterol at 24. I stopped eating Beef, Pork, and Dairy yrs ago. I eat slow sugar Oatmeal three times a week. I only eat Chicken, Turkey, and Fish and I drink a lot of water. I know you said you don’t like water but there’s a company called ICE that makes really good flavored water I drink it everyday!!!! My favorite flavor is Orange Mango. It has ZERO SUGAR, Antioxidants ect. It tastes really good and it’ll help
you burp and get rid of a lot gas!

Great advice. I recently stopped drinking Coke and started drinking 7 bottles of water a day. I would never drink water but I have started to eat healthy and try to change what I eat. I still have a cheat day. So at chikfila I have a grill chicken lettuce wrap instead of bread it was yummy. We still need protein just less carbs. We all need to stop and think of what we eat.

Yep my friend use to dye her hair with Peroxide everyday!!! I’ve definitely heard of washing your hair with eggs and ppl use eggs and avocados in a face mask

Ms. Pat it is crazy I’m seeing this today. Please keep us updated. I’ve been experiencing the same symptoms since February. I been on and off work because of it. I’ve been to emergency rooms, minor medical, and my pcp, and no one can find what it is. I’ve ultrasounds, cat scans, MRIs and they just keep referring me to people who have to these crazy long wait list for specialists. I’ve been waiting on appointments since July and their literally not until March and February for this upcoming year. Please keep us updated cause maybe your diagnosis can inspire me to tell my doctors what might be wrong. ❤️ Praying for your wellness

I had a those same symptoms last year. That fluttering near my heart is what scared me. Well my Doctor says it was the caffeine. So I started drinking decaf sodas and tea. No chocolate. Thank GOD no more fluttering and weird pain. My dumb ass wanted to try and experiment and I ate chocolate 3 xs in a week. Yup all symptoms came back.
