In 2010, the England team that went out to Germany included, Glen Johnson, Matthew Upson, James Milner. The subs included Robert Green, Michael Dawson, Steven Warnock, Aaron Lennon, Peter Crouch etc. All decent Premier League performers but does Tony Bellew think any of them would get in the current England squad?

@@Mistlover hahahaha. What have we learnt the last 20 years about playing players out of position ?? He’s young and will naturally replace stones over the next 12-18months and partner Guehi for WC2026
@@KOA0693 he’s played left back. Trippier can’t defend or use his left foot. And no trippier did not have a good tournament he’s bang average but can whip a ball in that’s it
They weren’t but Branthwaite adds additional ball playing ability from the back. He brings it forward. He splits the lines with passes. He’s actually left footed. He’s a big goal threat. Guehi did well but Branthewaite would have done much better.
I feel Tony is right about Braithwaite

Feel like quite a lot of things confuse him tbh
Because he doesn’t play for a ‘media 6’ club. Simple as that really. The lad is Rolls Royce.
Safegate was appalling..the easiest draws in history of international football..his first thought was lets not get beat...played with a back 7...crap
Wish he would have stuck to his promise and pi55ed off into the wilderness after boxing
Everton could be a top six club. He’s right. The premier league are not fit for purpose
Who was he gonna start over? Stones and Guehi didn’t do owt wrong. Midfield is where we lacked any creativity

If you watch the video, the argument was him being in the squad ahead of Dunk.

Club bias. The central defenders weren't the problem for England.

who the f is Brainstorms ?
Stop moaning about the past. Gomez was taken and not used. He would have just been on the bench😂😏
0:46 Tony lad, you were fighting against Burnley Sheffield Utd and Luton. Everton broke the rules by a landslide
Would’ve been 11th without the points deduction.
Hopefully everton finally go down this season. Just such a pointless club
Southgate looking to take them the same direction as Middlesborough ...
You are an embarrassment, Everton are a great club, only club to have not been relegated from div1/premier league
Pointless because they haven’t got money or any star players on the front of FIFA?
@@michaelcorleone7598 great club . Losd of debt and a terrible team
What do you mean Finally go down? a team that has been in the top flight longer than any other team, strange logic you have there.
Dunk right now is better than him behave yourself
