Thanks for giving the 300 some love! I have a 2018 300s with the 5.7. I've put in the 3.09 rear differential, 392 intake manifold (with runner actuation) and a CAI. Next step is long tubes with full exhaust then a cam kit. Probably gonna leave it there when I get all that done since it's my daily.

If only they would make some updates, I could definitely be interested in one of these with the V8. Hard to buy a car that has not been updated for years. Doesn't need a complete re-design, just a good refresh. Sad that the Chargers and 300S have been neglected in this regard.
New to the channel all the way from Australia, I am a Ford guy and after loosing our locally built V8 falcons and not wanting a S550. I bought a 300 SRT8 the level of equipment and grunt on offer was to good to pass up.

Great review and I happen to love the fact that Chrysler still makes a traditional RWD American luxury sedan! I hope they don't cancel it, because if they do..... there will be nothing like it left other than Cadillac I believe?
@@RacerX9 You said all the same things I was thinking and I want to use this as my secondary Uber car on Sundays so I can cruise but make back some of that money to justify it with my wife LOL
That dealership is like 5 mins from where I work. I went up there one day after work to see their TRX got to sit inside it and even start it up which was super cool ive never started a Hellcat motor before my face and reaction was priceless such a cool opportunity.
I had a 2015 challenger SRT 6 sp manual. Great car. I sold it and bought a 2020 300S w/red package. Its a beauty. Unlike the Challenger, which was a lot faster, this car its beautiful and a pleasure to drive. Still has plenty of steam. Nothing in this price point comes close.
Good timing brother, thinking about getting the wife one. She loves my challenger so trying to decide on the 300 or the charger for her. Keep up the good work and can't wait for the installs on your stang
Even though I don't own one, the 300 has been my "Dream Ride" since Chrysler re-released it back in 2005. But this redesign, current model is so Super Sleek and Sexy! 😎
Hey RacerX. Was driving through your neighborhood this week on the way to Georgia. I have really enjoyed your content. I have to say, the Dallas area really is the land of the Challenger/charger. Never seen so many on the road in such a short period of time. Looking to pick up a new car by the end of the year and I have it down to challenger/Charger rt or gt. Keep up the great reviews!
First, thanks for giving my son, Isaiah Turman, a shout out! I currently own my second 300 and I love it. The one think I wish they would bring back are the heated and cooled cup holders. Seems like a little thing, but I loved it on my 2012. My 2017 doesn't have them. Thought about buying and installing. Good video.
I’m thinking about getting this as my next car. They look so great but the question is that are they reliable..? I’ve heard many mixed reviews about the 300.
I agree, the 300S V8 is an amazing car. It was what I was considering first before I discovered I could get the 392 for same price new. If I had the money Id own 300S V8 as well but since I could onky afford one I went with the 392 Scat Pack Charger instead. I still love these 300Ss though.
To be honest the 300S with the V8 is insane. I was actually gonna buy one before I bought my 2020 5.7 Charger. I think it looks better and offers more, but my heart couldn't steer from the charger. However, these things literally TANK after purchase so finding a good low mileage for under 30k is extremely possible. I just don't like the gear lever and the V8 300S is a little tougher to find than the V6 300S.
Thankyou for one great video. What I like is that you mentioned the little things and a few things that I was unaware of. I have a question down here in Australia we get the 300 SRT right up to 2020, do you now if the 300 SRT get the power sunshade on the rear windscreen like you showed on the 300S? That thing where you showed the car being left in gear and you shutting the car down then the rotary gear selector returning to the Park position…wicked! That is a brilliant safety addition by Chrysler.
The 300 is classic the way the Lincoln Town Car was. They haven't been produced for years but there are still many well kept ones on the road. Hope that Chrysler keeps it around!
I have a 2016 platinum c with the hemi, I have the hot/cold cup holders, vented seats and some other features the s doesn't have. I feel like I own the pinnacle of chryster and will never sell it lol
RacerX, while I'm waiting for my C8 Z06 (if it's ever revealed) I'm looking at a '21 charger for a daily. Either a hellcat or redeye. If my future plans are just headers, upper pulley, and tune for 93 would you recommend a hellcat or a redeye? I don't really want to mess with E85, fuel pump, or fuel lines either. What would be your recommendation? What is the hellcats mod limit without doing fuel mods?
You forgot the sound system, it's off the hook. I wish they hadn't discontinued it. I would love to update it in a couple of years. I was thinking of 2025 or so. Love this car better than the Volvo I traded in when I got it.
Good evening racer X I’m calling out of San Diego California. I got a nag one 2013 Daytona 57 fully built on the 85. Finally ready to get some thing else can’t afford a track hawk which I really want all wheel drive was thinking about a 1320 I’m all over the place. I might want to build a 300 Chrysler everybody’s talking about the S platform instead of the sea which one should I get to modify
If they had the srt8 300 again I would’ve gotten that instead of the 2019 300c platinum for my wife. If they had a hellcat 300 I would go right now and get it lol

New to the channel all the way from Australia, I am a Ford guy and after loosing our locally built V8 falcons and not wanting a S550. I bought a 300 SRT8 the level of equipment and grunt on offer was to good to pass up.
A fantastic car, it looks great, my choice of Chrysler for old times sake.
I have this exact car 2021 only difference is I have the red leather option and I absolutely love it all of it fun to drive and pretty luxurious imho great combination
I went from a 2020 Charger Blacktop edition to the S and it's like the Charger I had was plain Jane with a V8.Feel like I'm in luxury now with a V8.I definitely love it other than I only get about 320 miles on a tank.Wish the tank was a little bigger for what my hobbie is...But other than that 5 stars, and by the way I have the Velvet Red one...just saying ..
Great review and I happen to love the fact that Chrysler still makes a traditional RWD American luxury sedan! I hope they don't cancel it, because if they do..... there will be nothing like it left other than Cadillac I believe?
I have a 16 300c V6 30 mpg awd it's awesome. I would love to have a 300c Platinum with the hellcat motor. "Get out of the way Bentley"
This came right on time because I am sitting here debating over this or the RT
Go with the rt my guy🔥🔥
Hopefully this helped
@@RacerX9 You said all the same things I was thinking and I want to use this as my secondary Uber car on Sundays so I can cruise but make back some of that money to justify it with my wife LOL
300
Go with 300. To many RT on the streets not many 300, plus is a sleeper.
That dealership is like 5 mins from where I work. I went up there one day after work to see their TRX got to sit inside it and even start it up which was super cool ive never started a Hellcat motor before my face and reaction was priceless such a cool opportunity.
I love TRX for sure
I had a 2015 challenger SRT 6 sp manual. Great car. I sold it and bought a 2020 300S w/red package. Its a beauty. Unlike the Challenger, which was a lot faster, this car its beautiful and a pleasure to drive. Still has plenty of steam. Nothing in this price point comes close.
I had the original 2005 300 and loved it. I see them still on the roads and they still have the looks and they are solid cars
I have a 2014 300S with the 5.7 AND AWD -the last year it was available. And it comes with Heated/Cooled cup holders.
I love the “red guts” interior too!!! My son has it in his BMW 430i.... it just makes the interior look so bad ass
Good timing brother, thinking about getting the wife one. She loves my challenger so trying to decide on the 300 or the charger for her. Keep up the good work and can't wait for the installs on your stang
300s rule! So under the radar now.A change? Good question.
Great cars wish they would bring back the SRT/8 back!
Good video.
Great review! I love mine!
I’m thinking about getting this as my next car. They look so great but the question is that are they reliable..? I’ve heard many mixed reviews about the 300.
The luminated lights for the cup holders also came on my 2020 charger. Very nice ambient lighting at night
I hadn’t seen the Charger with those ..
@@RacerX9 yes sir the GT
I agree, the 300S V8 is an amazing car. It was what I was considering first before I discovered I could get the 392 for same price new. If I had the money Id own 300S V8 as well but since I could onky afford one I went with the 392 Scat Pack Charger instead. I still love these 300Ss though.
How’s your scat doing so far
@@RUclipswontletmecomment Its doing well. Still loving it.
Thank s for the video I have a 2016 300c with 5.7 it’s a great car
My 2014 300c has 329,000 miles and i race it daily..Love my 300
I will swap out my 19 Challenger WB for a 2021 300 SRT in a heartbeat. Please Chrysler bring back the SRT.
I agree!! I may end up just getting the Chrysler 300 with the 5.7 anyway because I prefer them over a challenger/ charger
Shame they won't update the interiors on this and the charger
Updates are always welcome 👍
Still relevant to me. This would serve all my practical needs and fulfill all of my creature comfort, power and handling wants.
Great video buddy 👍
Thank you Chad
This is more like mature car I like this car black on black with leather seats and moon roof.
Great review! Love these cars! 💪🏻😁
I wish that chrysler would of kept the SRT 8 model pass 2014. I wonder if you can find one still in good shape. Have you driven the SRT 8 before.
I always thought if you plan to buy a 300 today, get the 300C platinum with the 5.7.
The 300S Hemi is a wonderful car for the money. FCA is intentionally trying to kill it off by not advertising it, which is ludicrous.
Yes you don’t really see anything on these cars
My favorite car in this price range
just got a 2019 s love it even though i'm a charger person at heart
The 300 is classic the way the Lincoln Town Car was. They haven't been produced for years but there are still many well kept ones on the road. Hope that Chrysler keeps it around!
They are still making them as of 2023... This is the final year
Absolutely great video.
I have a 2012 300 and I love it.
Do they make a different color interior ? i think a peanut butter or tan interior would take these to another level
Funny, this is the car I'm looking for. Black on black 300s. Very Relevant to me.
I have a 2014 300s V8 and absolutely love it👍
I want 300s. Are they making 2022?
I have a 2016 platinum c with the hemi, I have the hot/cold cup holders, vented seats and some other features the s doesn't have. I feel like I own the pinnacle of chryster and will never sell it lol
Do you know what is missing on the S compared to the platinum C?
maybe heated/cooled cupholders and moving headlights. Anyother things?
Yes, they’re a solid, nice sized, well balanced, fun car to drive.
Great explanation and detail brother. Keep up the great work!
RacerX, I have the John Varvatos Limited edition 300C (2013), so it would be great to hear your ideas and reviews on that 300.
Those this one have LED or HID headlights?
You forgot the sound system, it's off the hook. I wish they hadn't discontinued it. I would love to update it in a couple of years. I was thinking of 2025 or so. Love this car better than the Volvo I traded in when I got it.
@5:07 Chrysler didn't even put the new Uconnect 5 😲
Good evening racer X I’m calling out of San Diego California. I got a nag one 2013 Daytona 57 fully built on the 85. Finally ready to get some thing else can’t afford a track hawk which I really want all wheel drive was thinking about a 1320 I’m all over the place. I might want to build a 300 Chrysler everybody’s talking about the S platform instead of the sea which one should I get to modify
Ive seen a 300 with a rear power sunshade and heated and cooled cup holders so sick
If they had the srt8 300 again I would’ve gotten that instead of the 2019 300c platinum for my wife. If they had a hellcat 300 I would go right now and get it lol
My biggest complaint on the 300 is the dial as a shifter,i cant stand that, same goes for the Gt500,i hate that damn dial lol
