Actually, I think a Hellcat 300 with a nice interior would be a lot of fun.
I agree..
Same.
Hit up Khal SRT if you want one.
Was going to say the same would be neat
Yea a 300 Hellcat AWD would just be lit.
The 300S for Chrysler kind of fills the roles that the expensive muscle cars from Buick or Oldsmobile had. They're more of a gentleman's muscle car. A great mixture of power and luxury.
I wouldn’t say power at all IMO
Salute 2 the 300 family...🔥🔥💪🏽💪🏽
For sure
Underrated car forsure I love the interior as well the 300’s are dope as hell.
Yes these cars are really nice
I' love my 300
I love my 2018 300s v6. Plenty of power, super comfortable highway cruiser, 33 mpg on the highway. Perfect travel car.
33! I ONLY GET 22!!
@@tutoszn 22? I average 17-18 😂😂
I had a 300, now have a charger, both V6. The 300 rides and shifts smoother. Both are fun to drive, but I miss the 300.
Your profile pic made me laugh 😂
Even if you’re not a “Bad Ass” driving the 300 instantly makes you one😈
😂😂😂...sure
I use to have an '02 Chrysler 300M. It was the nicest car I've ever owned. These days I'm a truck and Jeep guy. I love my Jeep.
I remember going to school and seeing a neighbor with one of those. I would always say I’m going to get one. Those were nice for it’s time.
Awesome to a bigger RUclipsr showing some love to the 300's.
🐎🏁 the Chrysler 300 started it all, it must always be respected.
Absolutely! Before the 1960's when Chargers and Challengers first gotten released, the 1955 Chrysler C300 and 300 Letter Series were the very first ORIGINAL Classic Mopar Muscle Cars of that era! That came with the very first ORIGINAL HEMI the Chrysler Firepower! Before 426 was ever a thing!
@@moparfam300c you definitely know your mopar history
@@xrmerkur Haha thanks!
Always loved how aggressive the 300’s looked ever since I was a little kid, had to get the og 2005 300c hemi when I turned 20, a lot of people don’t know it but the 300 came out before the charger in 2005 and the chargers came out in 2006 👍. If they made a hellcat or srt version within the next few years I’d definitely get one
Your prayers have been answered 🤯
Love them the day they came out, still love them today!!!
I always liked the 300’s ! I’ve known 3 different people who all said that it was the best car that they’ve owned . My good friend bought a new 2020 S and has been driving it from Connecticut to Florida to his winter home and hasn’t had one problem with it from Connecticut to Florida back to Connecticut again !
Awesome review of this Chrysler 300S!!! I've been wanting to see another one pop up on your Channel!!!
There ya go brother 🤜🔥
Thank you so much for doin this review cause I felt it was a forgotten car.I own a 2006 300c and plan to get one of these 300s!
I’m currently renting a Chrysler 300 S with the 5.7L. I absolutely love it. The ride is fantastic and the get up and go is outstanding. This is a fantastic daily driver. I would definitely own one of these. The only negative I’ve found is the noise when the sunroof is open.
LOL. I've had my 2005 3005 for 17 years now, and that's still my only real gripe with the car - the sunroof's unusable because it's so noisy. Other than that, it's the best car I've ever owned and survived several family car purges still looking good and chewing up the highway miles.
I really appreciate this video. I don’t think the Chrysler 300 gets enough love. Even though I have the V6, I love driving my 300S as my daily. Especially since having most bolt-on mods. It feels and handles even better than my lowered Challenger Hellcat.
I as well have a Chrysler 300 SRT used I like the space inside of the car very roomy… and handles well…. Hell why not enjoy what you work so hard for weather it’s new used it’s yours….. Enjoy guys ….
Great review! I love mine!
I had the original 2005 300 and loved it. I see them still on the roads and they still have the looks and they are solid cars
It’s relevant. In southern cali there’s lots of them out here even my mom have a 2013 pearl white chrysler 300C (hemi) she loves it.
Yes the 300's are great.. I agree
Another great review! You are making it more difficult to resist getting back into a 300. Apparently, the Dodge Chrysler dealership near my house has three 300S cars with the 5.7 in stock... might have to go look again lol
These are great cars for sure
I ALWAYS wanted a 300 with a V8 but I got so screwed with my 200S I dont think Ill ever have the heart to buy another Chrysler....even though I already did with my challenger lol...But the 300 is soo much bada$$ mixed with class...Such a good lookin ride...
I’ve heard the 200 is such a terrible car 🗑
@@EldePHX I loved how it looked in 2013 I blacked it all out, comfy to drive, heavy AF though MPG wasn't great but the 2.4l has some zip for what it was, but the heater core blew at like 75K then the headgasket went at 100k....unexpectable...Not to mention the car came new with a coolant additive that junked up from the 1st week owning it which was disappointing to say the least...could be worse but I expect any car to make it to 100K without something huge happening...
@@MM_in_Havasu Yeah but I loved my POS until it stopped driving lol...
Don't compare the two models. The 200 was a POS from the beginning. They only made those to compete with the Corolla and they failed BIG TIME. If you gave these models one chance and maintained it as you should you would be very satisfied.
I love the 300.. very unique blend of muscle and luxury 👍
I've seen thousands of these and finally, I am smitten by them.
Hey RacerX. Was driving through your neighborhood this week on the way to Georgia. I have really enjoyed your content. I have to say, the Dallas area really is the land of the Challenger/charger. Never seen so many on the road in such a short period of time.
Looking to pick up a new car by the end of the year and I have it down to challenger/Charger rt or gt.
Keep up the great reviews!
First, thanks for giving my son, Isaiah Turman, a shout out! I currently own my second 300 and I love it. The one think I wish they would bring back are the heated and cooled cup holders. Seems like a little thing, but I loved it on my 2012. My 2017 doesn't have them. Thought about buying and installing. Good video.
I just bought a 300s and I’ve wanted this car since I first saw it when I was a kid. It’s my favorite car that I’ve ever had or driven I love it
Please do a RUclips review on itttt
Absolutely great video.
Good timing brother, thinking about getting the wife one. She loves my challenger so trying to decide on the 300 or the charger for her. Keep up the good work and can't wait for the installs on your stang
You get all over the Metroplex. You are in my neck of the woods now. 👍
Gotta spread the love brother
Great review! Love these cars! 💪🏻😁
Great review and I happen to love the fact that Chrysler still makes a traditional RWD American luxury sedan! I hope they don't cancel it, because if they do..... there will be nothing like it left other than Cadillac I believe?
Agreed 300S is a Charger RT that grew up, went to college and got a job and started to pay more respect to his elders
Great review Racer X!
Great explanation and detail brother. Keep up the great work!
I love the “red guts” interior too!!! My son has it in his BMW 430i.... it just makes the interior look so bad ass
I love the side profile of these.
It’s unique for sure
Just bought a 2019 300 S yesterday. I’m ordering a Roar Pedal and Performance Intake next week. Installing ambient interface lighting and illuminated LED door sills , grill emblem, and headlights. Saw one here on RUclips it’s Lamborghini Doors on front and suicide coach doors on rear ...that was awesome.
This is my 2nd 300 , I had a 2010 300 M back in the day , but this cat is truly amazing, I love it. I believe I got a great deal on price too ✌🏾
I got lucky and came across a 2021 Chrysler 300s! Love it!!
Great video buddy 👍
Thank you Chad
Just purchased a 2022 Chrysler 300 L, and I just love driving this car, luxury and good power.
New to the channel all the way from Australia, I am a Ford guy and after loosing our locally built V8 falcons and not wanting a S550. I bought a 300 SRT8 the level of equipment and grunt on offer was to good to pass up.
Great Review! Thanks.
Just bought one, 2017 Chrysler 300s 5.7 in granite with the brass monkey appearance package. Love it so much
Thanks for talking about the 300 again🤘🏻I really love the body style of the 300 which is why I sold my 2016 Taurus sho and got a 2019 300s 5.7 and I reckon I’m in love I tell ya what💯
No worries my friend
The chrysler didnt feel sluggish after driving a beast like the sho
@@javanniphipps4845 lol not the slightest pal.. sho is badass but the 300 is a little more badass
I just bought a new 2021...looks exactly like this one for V6..I would have liked a V8, but the 6 is no slouch...and I have the white interior, that I wanted...hard to come by...I love this car... Elegance with Attitude...
Thank s for the video I have a 2016 300c with 5.7 it’s a great car
Another option u can get in the 300 is heated and cooled cup holders. Another feature I've seen with the srt 300s outseas are auto washing headlights and when u turn the steering wheel with the lights on, the lights turn to the direction u turn the steering wheel
I have this exact car 2021 only difference is I have the red leather option and I absolutely love it all of it fun to drive and pretty luxurious imho great combination
I purchased a 6 cylinder Chrysler 300 brand new in 2015 and after driving it for 6 years and nearly 80,000 miles I still love EVERYTHING about this automobile!
I agree on what you've reviewed. Good job.
I have a 2014 300s V8 and absolutely love it👍
I always liked the 300 SRT! 💪💪💪
I have a 2014 300S with the 5.7 AND AWD -the last year it was available. And it comes with Heated/Cooled cup holders.
That dealership is like 5 mins from where I work. I went up there one day after work to see their TRX got to sit inside it and even start it up which was super cool ive never started a Hellcat motor before my face and reaction was priceless such a cool opportunity.
I love TRX for sure
I drove a 2015 Chrysler 300s with the Hemi V8 for 5 years and absolutely loved it. I traded it in for a 2020 Charger Hellcat and absolutely loved it... until it was stolen from my driveway. I am going back to the future as I ordered a 2023 300c that I should have any year now.
These LX cars are amazing.
Love the 300.. They need a HellCat version
That would be something
with an SRT hood, rims, that'd be pretty sick!
Look up khal_srt on ig he has built a hellcat 300 already and now he is building a redeye and demon 300 they look better than any charger I have ever seen
@@Stretchgangchamp thanks for the recommendation 👍🏽
I had to purchase the 2021 after I totaled the 2012 SRT.
Unfortunately the upgrades for the 12 were better, but the 21 is still loaded enough for me.
After seeing the markup for the 2023 300C I decided to just go this route.
Had to cop me one of the last of the Mohicans.
Definitely satisfied with my purchase!
I have a 300SRT in black with red leather corsa exhaust and cold air intake , this car is a 2014 and is a joy to drive comfortable and a great road car. Thanks for your kind words on a cool machine.

Sounds like a great spec 👍
Thankyou for one great video. What I like is that you mentioned the little things and a few things that I was unaware of.
I have a question down here in Australia we get the 300 SRT right up to 2020, do you now if the 300 SRT get the power sunshade on the rear windscreen like you showed on the 300S?
That thing where you showed the car being left in gear and you shutting the car down then the rotary gear selector returning to the Park position…wicked!
That is a brilliant safety addition by Chrysler.
I have a 2012 300 and I love it.
just got a 2019 s love it even though i'm a charger person at heart
I purchased a new black with Mocha diamond sewed Napa leather interior 2018 Chrysler 300C with a standard 5.7 Hemi. Heated and Cooled front seats. Heated rear. Heated and chilled cup holders. Rear wing and loads of technology. I test drove a charger RT and a Chrysler 300S with a V6. The Chrysler 300C won me over. It's a fullsize luxury, performance sedan with plenty of room and a luxury feel. Fantastic 20" Rims and unique styling like no other sedan. I've received several compliments on my 300C during my ownership I've added a performance exhaust, larger 90mm throttle body and cold air intake. At the drag strip I ran mid 13s with street tires. With new drag radials. I'm hoping for low 13s running in drive in street which is bracket racing. I'm having it lowered and adding a throttle body spacer. It's a fantastic car and now Chrysler has discontinued the 300C. My guess is the 300 will disappear leaving the Pacifica as the only Chrysler model. Stellantis didn't even mention the 300 in a recent meeting where it was announced the Hemi was being discontinued. I normally trade cars every 3-years. I've decided to hold on to my 300C because I think it's a fantastic vehicle, and a very special car. It is fast for a big heavy sedan. Thanks for including the 300 in your reviews.
I love my 300s. Rides so smooth
Right on the money with the seats.
Thanks for giving the 300 some love! I have a 2018 300s with the 5.7. I've put in the 3.09 rear differential, 392 intake manifold (with runner actuation) and a CAI. Next step is long tubes with full exhaust then a cam kit. Probably gonna leave it there when I get all that done since it's my daily.
Did all of that make a difference? And have you since done the long tubes? .. I just got a 2019 300 S 5.7 and planning on doing the 3.09 gears and long tubes immediately then the 392 intake manifold with the proper wiring soon after
@@jared241987 So I have the long tubes and full exhaust but I haven't installed them yet because the long tubes were on back order since 5 months ago, just got them last week. Plan on doing it in the next few weeks! One thing to note, I got it tuned and I gained 40 ft-lbs of torque (probably due to the 392 intake manifold). The 3.09 diff definitely made a difference. I've also got hellcat rims and tires now and running 305s in the rear and 275s in the front. Big difference. 0-60 is down to 4.5 seconds. I'll try to remember to give an update after I get the headers and exhaust on. Cheers!
Awesome man!! Yea from
What I read, the gears make a massive difference on accelerating then long tubes/392 intake manifold help it pull on the top making for an overall much better driving experience… plus you can’t beat the looks of the 300. I intend to also get the 5 spoke hell are replicas as well.. looking forward to hearing what the longtubes add!
Also what cam do you plan on going with?
@@jared241987 Still haven't decided yet. The 274 comp cam looks like a solid go-to because it makes solid power but my tuner says they're an absolute nightmare to tune and I'd have drive ability issues. I'm also looking at Comp Cam's new line of stuff. How about you?
I have a 2006 Chrysler 300c with the 5.7 Hemi and I absolutely love it. For being so old it only has 23 less horsepower and 4 less torque than that version, it is also quite fast for how big of a vehicle it is. I want to get the srt8 300 because those things are lowkey sleeper cars.
Those are amazing cars just be aware they have some massive known failures of the fuel deactivation technology which can basically grenade the engine. It’s kind of luck if the draw of whether it will do it or not
I went from a 2020 Charger Blacktop edition to the S and it's like the Charger I had was plain Jane with a V8.Feel like I'm in luxury now with a V8.I definitely love it other than I only get about 320 miles on a tank.Wish the tank was a little bigger for what my hobbie is...But other than that 5 stars, and by the way I have the Velvet Red one...just saying ..
Love my 17 limited!
Still relevant to me. This would serve all my practical needs and fulfill all of my creature comfort, power and handling wants.
The luminated lights for the cup holders also came on my 2020 charger. Very nice ambient lighting at night
I hadn’t seen the Charger with those ..
@@RacerX9 yes sir the GT
I have a 2019 300s and I love it
Me too 😊
i feel mine is pretty relevant! of course i've only had it a month, but had a R/T b4 it. i love the thing, just got home from getting the first oil change. it's 5.7 HEMI, not much done to it yet, just JLT CAI, super 40's for the exhaust, vibrant resonators at the rear, windows tinted. has a nice rumble, no drone. i'm pondering lowering it a little .. but still thinking about it ☮
Love My 2019 300 Touring with the Sport Appearance package in Bright White, V6 😁👍
The 300 is unique. It combines power with presence in an iconic 🇺🇸 marque. I have had 3. They are awesome. Still are.
You are definitely representing for the 300 crew 👍
Ive seen a 300 with a rear power sunshade and heated and cooled cup holders so sick
I had a 2015 challenger SRT 6 sp manual. Great car. I sold it and bought a 2020 300S w/red package. Its a beauty. Unlike the Challenger, which was a lot faster, this car its beautiful and a pleasure to drive. Still has plenty of steam. Nothing in this price point comes close.
Even though I don't own one, the 300 has been my "Dream Ride" since Chrysler re-released it back in 2005. But this redesign, current model is so Super Sleek and Sexy! 😎
A fantastic car, it looks great, my choice of Chrysler for old times sake.
I went from a v6 300 to a scat pack Charger, as yes the 300 seats are much more comfortable
They definitely seem to be
I’m currently debating on doing the same thing. I have a 300c and the V6 just not doing it for me. Plus I feel this is an older person’s car.
You have any buyers remorse?
@@earljr7509 no not at all unless you are asking me about all the money I spend on gas now
@@Suhhdew Lol. Yeah I heard you have to keep it in eco mode and relax or you’re going to be at the gas station every other day. Plus it only takes premium.🤦🏾♂️
I have a 16 300c V6 30 mpg awd it's awesome. I would love to have a 300c Platinum with the hellcat motor. "Get out of the way Bentley"
Yes, they’re a solid, nice sized, well balanced, fun car to drive.
I've got a '13 300S 5.7, great car.
If only they would make some updates, I could definitely be interested in one of these with the V8. Hard to buy a car that has not been updated for years. Doesn't need a complete re-design, just a good refresh. Sad that the Chargers and 300S have been neglected in this regard.
Bro what car is updated, they don't update anything anymore an if they do its subtle , your phone looks the same as 5 years ago!
Great cars wish they would bring back the SRT/8 back!
My 2014 300c has 329,000 miles and i race it daily..Love my 300
RacerX, I have the John Varvatos Limited edition 300C (2013), so it would be great to hear your ideas and reviews on that 300.
I agree, the 300S V8 is an amazing car. It was what I was considering first before I discovered I could get the 392 for same price new. If I had the money Id own 300S V8 as well but since I could onky afford one I went with the 392 Scat Pack Charger instead. I still love these 300Ss though.
How’s your scat doing so far
@@RUclipswontletmecomment Its doing well. Still loving it.
300s rule! So under the radar now.A change? Good question.
RacerX, while I'm waiting for my C8 Z06 (if it's ever revealed) I'm looking at a '21 charger for a daily. Either a hellcat or redeye. If my future plans are just headers, upper pulley, and tune for 93 would you recommend a hellcat or a redeye? I don't really want to mess with E85, fuel pump, or fuel lines either. What would be your recommendation? What is the hellcats mod limit without doing fuel mods?
I’m thinking about getting this as my next car. They look so great but the question is that are they reliable..? I’ve heard many mixed reviews about the 300.
My favorite car in this price range
I will go with the 300 for that classy sleeper car vibe
To be honest the 300S with the V8 is insane. I was actually gonna buy one before I bought my 2020 5.7 Charger. I think it looks better and offers more, but my heart couldn't steer from the charger. However, these things literally TANK after purchase so finding a good low mileage for under 30k is extremely possible. I just don't like the gear lever and the V8 300S is a little tougher to find than the V6 300S.
I got a 2010 Chrysler 300s 5.7 love it great car the new ones got a way nicer interior
I got a 2020 frostbite blue 300 touring for my daily driver. Doing a few mods to the v6 but nothing crazy.
The 300 is classic the way the Lincoln Town Car was. They haven't been produced for years but there are still many well kept ones on the road. Hope that Chrysler keeps it around!
They are still making them as of 2023... This is the final year
The 300 has such a nice stance- especially with the strong belt line,, the bulged out wheel arches,, the big heavy sturdy build,, and the sporty front bumper and rear spoiler. Rwd, v8, 4 doors. Its just a shallow theyvvnver really changed nothing or made some changes to it since 2015. This car surprisingly lasted longer than the chevy SS sedan even tho it makes a whole lot less sales yearly. But the only worthy way I see to get the 300 is to get it with the sport package them buy the 392 hemi crate with 525 hp 515 tq and install it in the 300. U will have a rare srt 300 with the 8 speed and you will have the rare more powerful direct injected 392 hemi
This came right on time because I am sitting here debating over this or the RT
Go with the rt my guy🔥🔥
Hopefully this helped
@@RacerX9 You said all the same things I was thinking and I want to use this as my secondary Uber car on Sundays so I can cruise but make back some of that money to justify it with my wife LOL
300
Go with 300. To many RT on the streets not many 300, plus is a sleeper.
I will swap out my 19 Challenger WB for a 2021 300 SRT in a heartbeat. Please Chrysler bring back the SRT.
I agree!! I may end up just getting the Chrysler 300 with the 5.7 anyway because I prefer them over a challenger/ charger
Funny, this is the car I'm looking for. Black on black 300s. Very Relevant to me.
I have a 5.7L 2011 300c love it, if they came out with a 300s with a 6.4L 392 and a red interior I would buy it. I has a 1979 Chrysler 300 they made 4200 of them all white with red interiors special car.
