HASTAG HUNGARY. Benedek the BEST. HASTAG HUNGARY.
5 minutes in: Miikka down 0-3
Me: Sees that the video is 6 minutes
Also me: "I still believe"
That's why I never look at it, even if they don't put any thumbnail or title, they still spoil it 😂😅
Damn true 😂😂😂
In a community post, they said Miikka got 2nd before these videos
so that why I was a wonder, how can this video has a short duration...
Hahahaha
Benedek seems to be a cool guy of real sportsmanship tbh. He cheered the great point of Miikka, wasn't toxic when he messed up something and looked almost sorry for winning the game. Of course one may tell he was in the lead all the time, therefore, it wasn't hard for him to act like that, but he wasn't cocky either. I respect such people.
Do you know Jesus today? “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” John 3:16-17. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. Jesus is the only way we can be forgiven and saved and made right with God. Do you know where you will spend eternity? Do you know Jesus?

@@neaqo6583 Hah, that's some old school shit! Maybe it's time for an update there anyway
There's something about Benedik that reminds me of Otto. Calm and composed personality, similar stature and that powerful backhand .
it's called big legs and hands.
He is massive and hits and ball very strongy, i think thats it
@TheCeilingFanCollectorHD maybe Miikka is a bit short, on this video he looks really massive from my point of view and I am 6'4+
@TheCeilingFanCollectorHD finnish persons avarage height is somewhere around 5 foot 7 or something like that, so I would say he is pretty massive for a table tennis player
@TheCeilingFanCollectorHD avarage, not all. For example I am 6 foot 1 in 8th grade.
What people might not know is that miikka played incredibly tight games against the ultimate best player in finland. Olah was in the rio olympics, and with miikka having so many years to come, he will copete in very high level. Onnee Miikka👍🏻
At the beginning I was like this guy looks beatable and then he just turned on God mode or something
The guy Benedek obviously put huge spins on his shot to make Mikka miss hit a lot...
@@razorelsilverflare7354 im not dumb but he didn't at the beginning
@@bigfut4963 yeah he didn't...
He was probably holding back and observing Mikka's play for a few points. But guess he soon figured out Mikka couldn't really deal with his spin.
Razorel SilverFlare he doesnt hit with exceptionally much spin, he just hits very hard, especially with his bh
Same, I also thought it should not be that hard as semi finals earlier but then he shut all our mouths up with those smashes and spins

Amazing match by both people! Loved watching through this tournament and seeing how strong findland is!
Finland isn't so good at tt though. Benedek is by far their best player, and he is barely top 70 in the world (their second best is like 250). But hey, it's fun seeing that Miikka and Otto play at the top levels in their nation. They are pro players before being Pongfinity guys :)

Nice job on making it to the finals. You had him in the beginning. I love watching your videos and are a big role model for me when playing table tennis
Well played miikka!
Pongfinites are proud of you! ❤️
That was rough to watch, and I'm sure rough to play. Looks like the opponent was just on top of his game that day. Nevertheless, it's a big achievement to make it to the finals!!! Keep up the great work Mikka! I don't mind seeing full match videos on this channel.
4-0 is a hammering, regardless of what each game was like. But good job Miika with reaching the finals after the very close semis
Benedek is a top 100 rated in player on the ittf rankings so although mikka is great, he is only 819 in the ittf rankings so benedek’s victory was inevitable
@@abdullahmoledina429 No, every match is just two players, no matter what the rankings say. However, Miikka's game fell apart midway though the first game and Benedek was not about to let him recover.
gentblue I partially agree with you (Liam pitchford did defeat xu xin despite being of a lower ranking than him) but when there is a gap in terms of ability that is that big, then I think ranking does prove a point
if it wasnt for ittf rules the first 150 places would all go to chinese/japanese/hk/taiwan/german players lol. thats why you regularly see some rank 800 chinese player completely "upset" a rank 30 player. ittf tries to allocate points across countries so it's not even at all. if you go to asia none of them give a shit about ittf's "rankings".
this benedek dude looks lanky, yet so relaxed when playing. Its a pleasure to watch him. Somehow he reminds me of samsonov!

Just watched this again, it's nice to have these videos during a long spell where we can't play. I think it's a great idea to video and post your competitive games rather than just do the fun videos - Table Tennis Daily started doing that recently too by putting up their British League matches and they've been the most popular thing they've ever posted by far. We love to see you get serious and compete.
Great match. you can tell Benedek has amazing reflexes and a killer backhand. That backhand can stuff a lot of smashes and forehand topspins. Well done, both of you!

Did Otto compete in this?! How did he do?
Imagine a pongfinity final!
@TheCeilingFanCollectorHD doesn't he loose again Benedek Olah in something like quarter or semi final ? (I thought that I've seen that on the finnish website of the competition ...)
He lost in quarter finals. It was upset against lower ranked player
Treasier overconfidence is not good for anybody.
@TheCeilingFanCollectorHD "I cannot be betrayed, I cannot be beaten" 😁. Well, always thought Otto exudes the same overconfidence.
Yes, upload more! Very motivating for me, though I'll never even reach half Miikka's level. Benedek is an awesome player! He has tons of power, and much of the time he doesn't even use his body. And his BH is deadly. I'd like to see him against Paul Drinkhall who also has a killer BH.
Good effort Miika!!! I just watched Benedek's match against Liam Pitchford from 2019 and WOW. When Benedek is on fire, he's unstoppable. I highly recommend you to watch his match.
The name Benedek sounds like the main boss of the ping-pong even he looks like the main evil of the table tennis world. :-)
