Thank you for your video. Do you have any tips on how to report your hours? I don't have a degree so will need 5 years of experience. I've been in a PM role for almost 3 years and am not very far from meeting the 7500 hours with my PM role alone. I do have some hours from my previous operations role that I can likely use. I'm wondering how to report those operations hours specifically. I am able to pull reporting for my PM project hours. Any guidance or links you can share would be appreciated. I'm hoping to be able to test by next year.
Thanks for the video. How do I show my professional experience? I have a masters in Project Management but never had the role. I have used the methodology and tools in many positions. Do these experiences count as well? Is the PMI going to ask my former supervisors about these experiences? Thank you for the answers.
Hi. You are not correct in your statement regarding the requirements. In the beginning of your video you state "AND" when you list the requirements, implying that you need ALL 3 However, You DO NOT NEED to have a 4 Year Degree to take the PMP EXAM . Just want to clarify for those who may not have their 4 Year Degree.
Great video. I have a bachelor's degree. 15 months of project management experience in roofing. Actively in the army reserves. I need the capm and more experience in order to take the pmp test? I keep seeing 15 to 18 credit college courses. Is that necessary for my situation?
Thanks for the video. My company is interested in paying for me to get a PMP. I would like to know more about the requirements to get one please. I don't think my company is aware that its not a simple as going through a course.
I ma considering doing the PMP certification now that I have moved back to the US it seems to be preferred. Do the course work of 35 credit hours need to be retaken if you fail the exam 3 times? Asking cause I'm a bad test taker
