Instead of a hopper, a create chute would be cheaper under your cobble gen, plus drills damage mobs so you might try auto mating killing that way(dunno if they drop stuff like that).
@stephenalt4652 I thought about a chute but it requires using the mechanical press which costs a block of iron to get going. Probably cheaper in the long run but I just want to get 2 hoppers going so I can load up a millstone with gravel/cobble and just make some money. Might try and get to the exporter for money asap
Lol I just completely forgot about the "off camera" stuff when I went to edit because I was running behind lol I had 2 videos I meant to add in to this one featuring what happened off camera XD I'm just a dumbass at times.
Well, you got a bucket so I'm not sure why you're doing things the hard way now. 😅 Once you have an infinite water source you can pick up the lava in the bucket and put your cobble-gen anywhere. I'd pick it up from the ground pretty high, in preparation for getting a hopper or chute to feed directly into a millstone and then directly into a second millstone. You're not going to have the iron to do that right away, of course, but you'll eventually want to do that with chests in between so you can grab cobblestone, flint and probably eventually sand (maybe clay?) by the end and that's usually best to do vertically rather than horizontally. 🤷🏻♀️ Other than that I think you need a sticky note on your monitor that says "FOLLOW THE QUEST BOOK! ...It exists for a reason!" 😆 BTW, as a member of the"Over *30* Club" who has both arthritis and carpal tunnel, I approve of the building wand. 🙋🏻♀️
33:36 you deleted the stack of cobble by moving it to the NEI field instead of dropping it. Edit: Ah you realised it yourself afterwards. I generally have the cheat mode disabled for this exact reason.
@SourceOfViews yeah I don't love that feature of EMI in JEI you have to activate cheat mode for it to work but with EMI if you have console turned on it's always on
yes they do, it is rare, but a vanilla mechanic, zombie villagers have a slightly higher drop rate as they are a rarer spawn, like roughly 1 in 500 zombies is a z.villager
You have a bucket... Get out of the hole! I look forward to seeing where you go with this pack.
By playing this myself in hard mode, i learned 2 things. First, slimes deal a lot of damage. Second, mangrove is a great starter tree.
@@madmanhimes I like mangrove trees but their spawn mechanic always worry me lol
Thanks everybody for watching I hope you enjoyed!

and yes please use build mods (wands or building gadgets)
First 🥇
You should build a platform above y level 40 so you don't have slime spawning everywhere.
@@Mr_Jamin007 didn't even think about that. Probably will as we move forward with base building
Binding your right click to a key makes the cutting board stupid fast
loved the vid ❤ But i would have loved if u shared all the off camera even if takes alot . i love when ppl share the experince!

@@MrPorkerson Oh that's indeed annoying.
Zombies don´t dropp iron - that are zombie villagers
Zombies drop iron bur at a very low rate, zombie villagers are set at 20% in the pack
