Welcome to the 2023 Jerez Fair! The Horse Fair, declared of International Tourist Interest, is held this year 2023 from May 6 to 13, and offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy local wines, the magic of flamenco, the spectacular horse ride and of joy that transforms Jerez for a week and reveals the uniqueness of this city and its enormous tourist attraction. During this week, Jerez shows off its best clothes around its main tourist exponents: horses, flamenco and wine.
The booths are one of the most representative emblems of the Fair and the meeting place to drink a good wine, taste a wide gastronomy and dance some sevillanas. Inside them you can breathe and live the atmosphere of the party.
In Jerez there is a great tradition in the decoration and care of the booths, both inside and outside, with the construction of allegorical portals to monuments or typical places in the city. A common trend is also for the booths to adopt the traditional Andalusian aesthetic.
Every year the City Council convenes a contest in which prizes are awarded to the best booths.
