Hey just to give you a tip if you go on different reserves for the same animal say example an elk different maps equals higher or lower scores hope this helped

I swear I saw a Legendary Bighorn today! I saw it from a stand near a tent and fast travelled to that tent but when I reached I couldn't find it anymore. But I swear the 'Bighorn Sheep (Male)' was written in yellow orange!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Quick question about legendary animals…. My daughter and I were walking around Pawnee looking for some boar and out of nowhere We spot a HUUGE cougar and it was legendary. But because we weren’t hunting for it, we didn’t have the license!!! So we had to go back to the lodge. So far haven’t see it since. Is it safe to assume it will still be in Pawnee since that’s where we spotted it? Or is it random locations?
As far as I know, unlike call of the wild, populations are non-persistant in hs2, meaning everytime you start a hunt from the lodge (devs call it an interactive menu or something) it generates a fresh population. So the exact animal will no longer exist after exiting and returning to the hunt. That being said, for me, restarting the hunt increased the rate I spotted legendary animals for that reason.

I just sold a legendary cougar not knowing it was a legendary animal, will he come back or is he dead forever ? I want to keep it as a trophy next time
How do you know if an animal is legendary? I think I shot a legendary cougar it had white streaks in its coat but was less weight than the one I already had. It was worth 7700 credits. Great videos thanks.
We have 4 legendary. He would’ve been #6. We have the Brown Bear, Moose,Elk, And my favorite so far is my pronghorn. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone found them all yet?
that makes partial sense because in this game animals will spawn in the same spot every hunt which explains the roe deer track at the cabin when you go to harghita county
@@tastyBigPapa yeah very good game hahaha I made the mistake I think everyone did I ran around insteed of walking and crouched hahaha seriously realistic tho talk to your dog and anything in 200 meters will scatter hahahahahah
yes i would hunt on easier maps like pawnee meadows or the chiuauan ( don't ask me how to spell that) desert because animals are easy to spot and shoot i would recommend Pawnee for elk
I was playing last night and forgot to renew my elk license I said screw it and kept hunting because I was hunting cougar and boar. I SPOTTED A LEGENDARY ELK. Got very mad I couldn't shoot it and sadly had to leave.

I think you should do cougar cuz I found a cougar where you found the all the legendaries on the top right corner

Yes it definitely was, an easier way to tell is that if the animal has a golden name when you aim at it, then it’s definitely a legendary

Its the rec 10 .308 its in its own category, seperate from the rifles.
I would not necessarily call it the best, but when grinding and trying to maintain a high kill count, it has its advantages.

Why would you try to get a headshot on a bison, they are literal tanks if you try that it'll just leave.
For exactly that reason. They are tanks. Pretty much the only way to drop one on the spot is a round to the brain. Anything else and they will run.
