When you're in a concert, you sing along, get excited, scream...I've seen him in a festival and every time the crowd got loud, he would smile. The artist that came before him was really unknown and practically had to beg people to sing along. He said in an interview how amazing it is to hear your song sang back to you from people that don't even speak English as a 1st language.
I feel like it’s a way for the audience to tell the artist that they love their art also. being an artist hearing so many people singing your song in concert.. must be one of the best feelings.
