Taker walking through Kane's pyro is up there among the most badass moments in wrestling. You can really feel the momentum quickly turning towards RAW by this point.
that Undertaker return promo...goosebumps. I appreciate that you let us hear Undertaker's promo rather than talk over it to explain what he said, it's just that damn good.
Undertaker returning was just an all time moment. He, Paul and Kane all sold it perfectly and managed to hype up their WrestleMania match in one segment.
@@wilhelmbeaston8003 He's 47 so, make enough noise and we may see him again. Oddly enough though, I want to see Glacier and Blackman return for a match. 😄
@@benespinosa6725 I had the whole playlist going in the background as I drove across my state two weeks ago. Made the time fly and listening to him get better and better with each video was great.
I use to watch this when I got home from work. Now I schedule my break time at work to watch. If Wednesday is Hump Day, Thursday should be renamed “Reliving The War Day”!
That Undertaker segment is still one of my all time favourites from his large catalogue, it was brilliantly executed. Raw was a really fun episode this week.
To think the undertaker promo was the same show as Mike Tyson joining DX is insane. The Undertaker promo to end the show may be the best promo he ever did, if not it’s in the top 5. The crowd was eating it up like crazy.
Gotta say brother, you make my week a lot better with this series. I love reliving my childhood. Also, Steve Blackman was always one of my favorites. They should’ve done more to use him.
I’d like to believe that in some alternate universe, Eddie and Jericho stayed as a tag team and became the 🐐 of tag team wrestling. A dude can dream, am I right?
😂 “the fallen liker of all things Michael” Dude that was GOLD!! I absolutely love how many inside jokes there are on this channel/show. I feel exclusive cause I know what u mean by that. Love love love LOVE the show
The funny thing is that if TNT paid this man to produce this as a half hour weekly show, it would probably get better numbers than Thunder ever did. It would certainly be more interesting.
I remember this episode, and that superkick was one of the sweetest ones Shawn ever delivered, it looked deadly. It was the talk of the school yard the next day. Ah, the memories :)
I have been watching this series....not since inception but for about a year now. I'm caught up on the RLTW except for this week's, which I will be watching shortly, but I just wanted to take some time to thank you for putting this out there. It is such a well done series, your commentary is 200% and hysterical, so I just wanted to let you know how much this fan appreciates all you have done and whatever is next. You are truly the most "Jam Up Guy" there is, was, or ever will be, because Stone Cold said so! WHOOOOOO!!!
Amazing episode, always love seeing this series every week and how the wrestling scene evolved throughout it all plus you always find a new way to get me to chuckle or laugh, keep being the Jam up guy you are
This was the first Raw I ever attended. It just felt like a major event and so much stuff happened here to kick the Road to Wrestlemania into overdrive. The promo at the beginning of the show was the same style of promo they used for Hart and Shawn in Montreal, so you knew this was going to be a huge night from the start. Even though the ratings don’t show it, I feel like this was the Raw that really kicked off the rest of the year. Taker was back, Austin and Kane tease their eventual feud. The overall vibe was just different, like the WWF knew it had the wind at its back by this point despite still losing in the ratings.
That segment with Taker and Kane is epic and reminds me of the awesome WM14 promotional complete with O Fortuna and Dies Irae which includes segments from future episodes. I am glad I grew up during that era.
Props for you letting that Taker promo run it’s course, I could tell you appreciate it as much as I do. That imo was the most amazing moment in the history of the Monday Night Wars.
“Farooq looks like he’s joined Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation” had me rolling. I just watched that video earlier today and now I am imagining Ron Simmons performing precise choreography.
Just got caught up on. I'm finally watching it as soon as it comes out. Great content all around. I will be a world champion after this video. Keep em coming
I dreaded this episode I was watching raw when my father called saying my mom was in the hospital she died the next day but Thank you for the good memories she used to watch it with me

I think you hit every emotion in this one. Not only Reliving the War, but Reliving my childhood. Ok Teenhood, you get it. You so get it. Thank you bios!
Undertaker's return and promo on Kane on this episode of Raw is one of the main segments I remember that really got me into wrestling as a kid during this time period. Those two , DX and Stone Cold made me a lifelong fan in those days
It's crazy that in storyline, the Taker/Kane match was only officially announced for Wrestlemania like 4 weeks prior! While on the internet, we knew for like 9 months!
I want to use this comment to offer condolences to the Nash family.
RIP Tristan Nash.
Hopefully, Scott is telling some great stories about your dad.

Omg no. I was just watching Kevin's podcast the other day and his son was in there talking. This is horrible news

I really think Kane's original mask is the best mask ever in professional wrestling. It films so well no matter the lighting.
