100g Sweet potato
150g Glutinous rice flour 150克 糯米粉
100ml Water 100毫升 水
15g Sugar 15克 糖
1 tablespoon Oil 1汤匙 油
Sweet Bean Paste Fillings 甜豆沙馅料 :
150g Mung beans, soaked 4 hours 150克 绿豆片, 浸泡4小时
3 Pandan Leaves 3片 斑斓片
90g Sugar 90克 糖
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
2 Shallot, slices 2粒 小葱头, 切片
3 tablespoon Oil 3汤匙 油
