I loved this. I’m not normally a fan of long guitar solos, but this had so many elements to it…and mainly the addition of Lzzy on guitars. Truly an amazing band!!

Great jam! I saw them 3 times and they always jammed out this song. Lzzy plays killer lead guitar, see her at the Hall of Heavy Metal History Awards 2018, they have her come out to finish the show and it is just her, her vocal and her guitar in a scorching medley of heavy tunes. Well worth looking for, enjoy!

My favorite dueling solo's are from Bon Jovi songs (live versions). A song from their 2009 album called The Circle, also one of my favorites on that album, called Thorn In My Side would sometimes feature Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora playing the same solo in the outro to the song in live shows. The other one is a 3 way guitar solo outro featuring Jon Bon Jovi, Phil X and Bobby Bandiera at the end of their Because We Can Tour. It was the last show of the tour in Brisbane, AU during a song called I'll Sleep When I'm Dead. That performance was already fantastic because it featured their live "juke box" segment where in the breakdown mid-song Jon prompts the band for some covers. That night they did 4 different covers, Start Me Up, Jumpin Jack Flash, Wipe Out and Highway To Hell Ft Phil X on vocals. Then as they wrapped up the song with the reprise into Sleep When I'm Dead, Jon signaled for Phil and Bobby to join him at the very front of the stage and they each went back and forth with their own solos, then closing out with each of them doing the same solo. Such a bad ass moment that I wish they'd do again. Bobby may not be a touring member anymore, but John Shanks could probably match JBJ and Phil just fine in a dueling solo. Highly recommend that if you're wanting a fun show to watch, Brisbane 2013.

Yes, Lzzy can definitely play lead. You just don't see it that often.
I know you've done a bunch of their music videos, but I couldn't remember you doing much of their live stuff. So when this came up in my feed I figured this would be a good intro into what their live shows are like.

They are amazing live. I thought their studio stuff was good, but it really can't compare. There are no studio tricks in the vocals or instrumentals. The put in so much more in a live show.

I saw a video of the best heavy metal screams. They asked if anyone was missed and she was on the second but she should have made the first

Argh i missed out on this gig.
It was either Halestorm or Slash featuring Myles Kennedy at the same place.
    So i chose slash
