John Davis is one heck of an underrated songwriter. Superdrag are easily the best band to come out of southeast Tennessee. They're the only thing I've ever felt a sense of regional pride for!

I only saw them once and it was probably the best concert of my life. Pretty sure it was 2001, somewhere in Baltimore, Maryland and they were the supporting band for Nada Surf. I really hope they do more shows.

Started hearing Superdrag on Knoxville radio when I was about 14 or 15, and now at 42, I’m still obsessed. Can’t wait for the new album!
