I mean it feels like there was some emotional infidelity going on there though, with the basis for this relationship having already been laid during the last one.

I know it doesn't magically solves the problem, but some people are just that close sometimes, and yeah it seems weird, but if you had a big-ass exam the next day, and you went to study with your study partner, is there a 0% chance that you'd end up falling asleep at their place?
Your writing never seizes to be amazing. Only you are able to write a script that makes me wanna strangle (figuratively of course) both characters so they just outright ask things directly instead of just continuously hinting at stuff. 10/10

Not a guy but God this was so precious, it’s amazing how in under a half hour you made a story with a connection that feels decently real and authentic, while playing around with tropes of the genre. The emotions these two feel for each other is so darn palpable, and it makes the way the listener’s ex breaking up with them via get-well card so heart-wrenching, and makes the ending all the more satisfying. Great job for creating such a wonderful story, and I’ll have to agree with everyone else, this one really deserves a Part 2 someday!

There is a parallel to this in my real world situation and the fact that you’re doing an audio this specific kind of scares me lol 3 months ago or more, at the beginning of the Fall 2023 semester of college, we got word one Monday morning after a weekend that a classmate of mine was jumped outside the local bar. The 4 guys that beat him had no affiliation to the school and weren’t even from the area. The poor kid from my class was literally beat into a coma. He has since woken up and is in rehabilitation, and literally the whole school has sent him swaths of get well soon cards and flowers, gifts and even money for his family.
Hearing your comforting audio always makes the day better, and this does not disappoint. I hope the rebound girl becomes the new and superior darling of the awoken character's life.
