This semi-final match shows blue belt Erik competing against a purple belt and Shooto fighter from German Top Team at the ADCC German Open Super Series in Herrenberg.
The match is filled with constant action with back and forth from both athletes making it an exciting one to watch. The opponent did a good job escaping and reversing the mount position multiple times. In the storm of the match the knee on belly position at 4:59 was resetted inadvertently
and incorrectly with a cross face instead of a reverse cross face.
