What are you guys even talking about when you say you hate Andy? He plays with some much passion, and when he plays its so smooth. Yall are just mad that Pete did what he wanted to do and you don't like his stuff. I love both, so stop being pricks and show him some respect
I loved Pete and I love Homeshake and I like Andy’s guitar playing, but I personally find Andy annoying as fuck at shows. He tries way too hard to be funny and even talks over Mac sometimes. You can tell Pierce didn’t like it in vids where they were both in the band (including this one). Not everyone is thinking the same thing when they say they don’t like somebody.
Andy has gotten slightly better in this regard and I don’t wish he was out of the band or anything, it’s not *xTrEmE haet*

I love it when they have to change their strings or retuning them. You never know what songs they'll play inorder to keep the crowd entertained :3
I really dig the new guitarist (andy) he plays down to the detail while putting his own spin on it. comps the song.
Love how excited this crowd is. You hardly ever see any people jumping around and jamming out at Mac's concert which is extremely disappointing.
I beg to differ, I was at one of his shows and they made a circle pit to Ode to Viceroy.

Had a pretty rough times these pasts years and ended up in PH 'caus of depression. Today is a rainy day in Paris but i'm feeling happy though. I was lonely but didn't felt to listen to typically rainy related music though, and i asked myself what music could bring me the right mood to accompaign the weather. Thought of this concert. Back there in this very day, I left my friends in the camping 'caus they were so fucking drunk they couldn't move. Went to this 'caus I couldn't pass the opportunity to hear and see this. I knew it would be great but couldn't imagine this awesoness in every aspects.
Man, this concert was one of the most greatest thing that happened in my life. Just saw my idiot face caught on camera vibing to the music on Viceroy, also I just cried out of joy AND laughter to your music and silly jokes while watching you on my phone.
Now I'm feeling so good.
Thanks so much for this, for your music, for the hapiness you guys are bringing to everybody.
I'll be feeling better soon, hope to see you again in concert one day.

I honestly reckon Andy is a better guitarist than Pete. He seems to be able to carry the solo a lot longer on Still Together. Usually Pete runs out after about 10 seconds and just stops.

jeb tweebance Same. Andy's an egotistical asshole in real life. And musically, he has no identity. his solos don't sound like they should be on a mac song at all. His solo for let her go in the Conan performance sounds so out of place and fucked up.
Travis Garman Wow I'm so relieved somebody shares the same view on Andy as I do. The guy admitted to not practicing his parts and it's really, really obvious. Did you see them at Coachella where andys solo part came on for 'still together', and he literally stopped the fucking song, and started talking to the audience telling them all to sit down and shit. it was sooo bad. and then he did something similar too during their KEXP performance, and like you said he fucked up during their conan performance. he's a schmuck

I got some no name (Probably a Teisco) recently. It only has one pickup route so I just placed a single coil sized humbucker in it and replaced the bridge and it's killllller.
