Gmall daming maiisip na pangalan ng mall gmall pa. Pwede namang gaisano grand cebu. Isa parang gisto nilang gayahin si vista mall may sariling branding pero mas malaking company si vista di nila kayang rapatan iyon

I was asking myself the same thing. Open for 9 months and there is no one in the mall…..
why do you think white gold mall closed before? because there are few people going on that area, they rather go to sm city..

We went to there grocery store very nice👍 once the mall is fully stocked with retail stores it's going to be beautiful

i think they should convert this into a home builders store like where you can buy materials like tiles, for kitchen and others
get more display of imported goods like unique home decors ...ceramics , glass items, etc. etc....during 1990s i bought some glass flowers, glass fruits and ceramics from G stores
Gmall and Grand Mall are 2 different Gaisano groups. This Gaisano mall has the same owner with the White Gold group while The Grand Mall is from the other sibling. This Gmall group is under the eldest sibling (late David Sy Gaisano)
An agent i am talking to told me that Cebu is getting a major upgrade. I just hope there won't be too much inflation by the time i retire.
Beautiful mall, too bad more stores have not moved in. Do you know why its so hard to get tenants, is it price?
Always watching your videos but one thing I noticed is the absence of native fruits like lomboy, seregwelas, santol, tambis, chicos, atis, sabanas, bayabas and star apple. Those are my favorites. No more growers or no vendors are willing to sell them?
They are still available, but their availability may vary depending on the region or season. I'll try to feature these native fruits in my future videos. Thank you for your continued support! 👍🏼
