unlike some other mods with ridiculously modernized weapons like MP5, M4, AK, MP7, etc these guns fits particularly well to the 1950s-60s asethetics of the game, i wish we have these with animations on this quality
My thoughts exactly. Idk why someone really wants MW2 guns in Fallout 4. Ww2 guns perfectly fits in them and if you really want a "Modern" gun that fits the time line then maybe an Armalite 10.
@@durstloscher2362 "modern" guns (or rather contemporary for the 1990's) always existed in fallout. It was only in fallout 3 and 4 were the atompunk aesthetic retroactively affects the arsenal. Its a world were tommy guns, p90's and rayguns rubbed shoulders.
Would be better than the hunting rifle too. Does more damage because its a larger caliber weapon, plus with those animations and sounds, it’s way more satisfying too.

You left off the Reising M50 smg for the Americans which is the default configuration of the Vintage SMG mod. There’s also a S&W m1917 revolver mod on the nexus for them as well
I believe the BAR has subpar models and animation, that's why I left it out. As for the MP-40, they hosted the file at some third party website made by the author, at the time of making the video I did not know this website existed

I liked the look of all the weapons used here. But when it comes to the Springfield 1903, could you try and work on the animation? That looks like its hovering over the rifle while reloading and the bolt is in the side of the players hand for some reason
I'm guessing the fully upgraded versions are supposed to be what they might look like and what you could do if given modern day mods and upgrades. I would rather stick with tech and gadgets from the 40s and 50s though, but there's always someone out there who wants to mix their drum magazines and thermal scopes with their WW2 guns.
The Thompson already exists in Fallout 4, so does the VG 1-5, but I didn't know the Deliverer was based on a WW2 pistol until now. There are other WW2 weapons that also exist in Fallout New Vegas
@@ToriusHeart I agree with the vanilla thompson, but the Volkssturmgewehr is better, plus there's mods that remove the nonsense that Bethesda slapped on it.
@@Toxic_Korgi having a somewhat good Legendary effect doesn't make it less of an awful weapon aesthetically. besides, the Kiloton Radium Rifle has the same effect, does much more damage and deals normal, radiation and explosive damage at the same time
@@Carlos-ui5dx It's sort of because of how most pistol animations nowadays are held by two hands. Feels more stable and supported you know? Seeing it held in one hand especially if its aimed down the sights just makes me feel weird.
all of these guns are freaking awesome i have to say, but some of the weapon sounds make me sad, i wish the bren had some more heft to its sound, otherwise great mods though

Shut install a right handed replacer, and re texture mod, better animations and you can make the rifle look however you want

All the animations in Fallout 4 make Rainbow Six Siege look like MW2019.
I like how some of the guns use in game sounds, I always felt that the M1 grand would have used the assault rifle sound if it was in the gsme
That's actually true, they cut the M1 from the base game but recycled the sound.

Too restrictive to have the modern style optics so they have to make it able to be used without lining up properly.

Anotherone has a bunch of high quality ww2 firearms including the sten and a better version of the ppsh-41 and most recently the pps-43.
