Im so disappointed in Liu Kang 🤣. One minute he is snapping black holes out of nowhere, the NEXT minute he is easily knocked out by corrupted Sindel while jumping her with Geras, Kuai Liang, Quan Chi, Shang Tsung etc. Fire God or not, Liu Kang would get WASSSHHHHEEDD by Omni Man. I dont even think Onaga could beat him...maybe Onaga has the closest shot.
@@franktruth9639 That's just bad writing on NRS' part. Characters in MK story modes are as weak and incompetent or as powerful and smart as the plot needs them to be. I wouldn't take story mode events seriously if I were to compare characters' strength.

The Story if Invincible us interesting and it's something else besides Spawn and ugh Young Blood or Dooms IV but I feel he's too overpowered for Mortal Kombat.
I really appreciate this video. Even though I don't like guest characters in Mortal Kombat games I know I am stuck with it. Also I had no idea who this Omniman was so I appreciate the background. I paid for the Premium addition so will be getting him weather I want him or not so it's probably best to know as much as possible about the character. Still as far as main characters go, I am anticipating Quan Chi and Ermac far more than the rest.
Some of this stuff was covered last year during a Death Battle between Omniman and Homelander, what I do like about his inclusion is that he feels very organic. Like he’s not the “strongest of his kind” or “the powerful creation sent to conquer” but he’s an ordinary person who’s more or less on par with the rest of his race. I guess the only leeway he has is being a pure blood and maybe being blessed with his genetic inheritance but he doesn’t come off as selfish or corrupt. It’s the “think Mark” scene where he says everything he wants to say and you see him struggle with his own emotions that puts him apart from the rest.
MK1's version of Nolan really seems to be influenced by Vol.1 Omni-Man, who was very much the Viltrumite warrior. You can absolutely get that vibe from the limited intros we've gotten so far.
You want to know the Funny thing about Omni-Man and his Race like of Saiyans and Kryptonian Mix? Other than Mark Nolan is the Lesser of Evils in the Viltrumite Empire as the Fascinating Part of the Character is that is the Story of a Bloodthirsty Warrior Loyal to his Species that Slowly becomes Human.
I hope NetherRealm starts making skins based on the universe that guest characters are from. Imagine an "Invincible" skin for Takeda, or a "The Female" skin for Mileena.
