What to expect from a visit to Ek Balam Maya Ruins

Ek Balam Maya ruins are one of the big four sites that are visited by tourists in the Riviera Maya. It is also the last of the big four that you can climb the main pyramid or temple. Ek Balam is a smaller set of ruins that receive less tourists, but it can be a quieter visit because there are less tourists and less people selling things.
If you have already been to Chichen Itza, these ruins are something different and the surrounding area has many hidden gems to see also.
There is also a cenote next to these ruins that you can rent a bike to go visit. This combination of two attraction in one place makes it is a nice stop.
