It looks like they not only added the ice breath to the ice giant but they made him much heavier. He no longer just gets knocked back for a long time until he dies when fighting artemis or the sensei like he used to.

The dynamite thrower didn't get any big changes
The old dynamite takes 6 seconds to explode , now it take 2 seconds
Actually the dynamite explosion is weak but it's bigger than boomb thrower bomb
