Always had a hockey tournament here as a kid in February. Good thing we stayed on the base and could walk to the rink. 2015 set lots of snowfall records in Atlantic Canada.
@@TerryJP22 Lived in Summerside on Arcona St. in the mid 60s. We would get drifts across the road from roof line to roof line. With an empty lot next door, and snow that high, we had excellent snow forts.
I want that snow here this year and forever. I love the fall and winter.
Where are you located?
After this .. I'd say you guys deserve Summer .. thanks for sharing this .. Cheers

Wow !, thats some snow, I'd love to see that, beautiful. The guy really had his work cut out for him for sure, thanks for sharing !.
He's doing it right...Done a lot of this before..!
it's a slow process but slow and steady is the only way
Find out what direction the wind is blowing in, the place your hand along the edge of the mic to block the wind.
Good advice, I will keep that in mind next time, thanks.
there's a road or street there, lol, that will be filled in very soon, hope you made it ok,
That's my dad so happy he made RUclips he does well at his job
Yes he did his job very well, I was impressed.
He's been at it for 15 years
that is one heak of a snow drift.
Yes, it was a lot of snow, that year we had approximately 18 feet total snow fall for that year.
I think a wheel loader with a split blower pack, or V-plow is probably the best tool for extreme snow. Break the drifts and pump it downwind....
WHY CANT THEY PUT THE PLOW ON THE REAR? AND STILL HAVE THE BUCKET ON THE FRONT?
+Stephen Barker You get a bad crick in your neck driving backwards when plowing or snowblowing.
Front loaders such as this aren't designed for rear-mounts. Tractors however are equipped for that.
I get a lick out of the keyboard warriors with comments. These guys do this year after year. Don't you think they know what hey are doing?
Canadians here would benefit by putting up some snow fencing to combat blowing snow creating monster drifts.
I lived in SLemen Park from 1978-1981
Canada: just a dusting
Monday morning.....
And we get a forecast of flurries, and they close schools! That is ridiculous. This is NC...
That is crazy
Where is this
This is in Slemon Park, Prince Edward Island Canada, just outside of Summerside PEI.

@@daveg7172 wow, my mom was born here and had the same drifts too when she was young.
