This was the most entertaining one yet, my dad and I were in hysterics laughing at you waving the twig around in the woods clearing all the spiders away
It always amazes me that despite how packed in a lot of Japan is, there's still plenty of places like this, so wild, that the spiders freely take over. It is a great service that you do, taking a high-resolution camera off the beaten path like this! Thank you!
Oh...about that...even in the cities in Japan you can suddenly find yourself surrounded by spiders. And...that's fine. More spiders = less mosquitos and other bugs
That trek through the forest was absolutely epic! Watching you battle all those insects, rickety stairways and misbehaving bamboo trees had me on the edge of my seat! Yet you saw it through to the end! Epic dedication to your viewers!!
I admire your courage and the total absence of fear with which you always go to the unknown or unexplored places (which often look really scary at night😄). When you were walking through the wood, I swear I was breathless with nerves and excitement! :-) I really enjoyed this walk so much, Rambalac - thank you for sharing♥
It's just another society / country. The likelihood to be a victim of a crime is just very low there. In some countries you can even walk alone in the dark in a forest after dark as a woman. My home country Germany used to be such a country before 2015. Unfortunately not anymore. But Japan still is such a country. And I hope they don't make the same mistakes the "west" did in 2015.
The forest part almost felt like something out of a survival first person game. Like surviving a plane crash and being stranded in some weird forest with only a twig lol
I find it interesting that these paths obviously haven't been used for months or maybe years, but the areas around the diety stones are clear and have not been buried in jungle. Imagine the horror of the light running out of batteries there 👻👹😈😂
My favorite is at 34:00. The light, shadow, composition, it's all perfect! Simple yet so mesmerizing, plain yet so mysterious!! I've fallen in love with this scenery 🥲
Going through that bamboo was something else. I guess not too many people treck down that path, I probably would've just turned around. Thanks for taking us along with you on your adventures across Japan!
I like to play these videos in the background while I'm studying. I was caught off guard when I heard a tiny shreak, saw the camera jump back, and realized you were in the middle of the woods lol.
Hi Rambalac! Im watching for a few years now and this was scariest one so far. Middle of the night, no one around, creepy forest, lots of spiders lurking on their webs, forbidden paths blocked with bamboo and narrow spaces. Wow! Exciting! Thank you, you fearless man!
I would have loved to see the look on someone’s face as they saw Rambalac burst from the forbidden forest with his flashlight, camera gear and spider stick! 🔦🎥🎋🤣🤣🤣
Beautiful walk and very nostalgic to me because I have done many similar walk when I was in my 30s-40s .When I was still swift, strong and sure footed. Thank you Mr. Rambalac.
Almost 2 hours? Wow, love it already!👍 Cup of coffee, a piece of cake and Rambalac's premiere - is there any better way to spend Saturday afternoon? :-)
Spiders are talking to each other about this really large demon with glowing eyes destroying hours of intricate work in what seemed like an instant. All the while the glowing demon casually was sipping his green tea with a somewhat contented look of satisfaction. :)
Hi, I'm really loving your videos. It's so calming and listening to nature is 😍. Even though I have never been to Japan, I love Japan's cultures. Thank you for the high quality videos and stay cool😎.
Once again I come back to you my dear friend. You helped me with my 2 years of bachiller, and now I'm in the university, the new study seasson starts and I also restart viewing your videos. Keep going u help me a lot, thank you.
Wow. Wow wow wow! This was the best yet! At one point I thought Shelob was coming to get you 😆 and it was brave of you to attempt this wearing shorts! Maybe that's what the cat was trying to say lol. Loved this so much, a great walk off the beaten track 😻🕷️🕸️👏
This one was genuinely spooky. I love getting lost in an unknown place, but not necessarily in the woods, and definitely not in pitch blackness! Your steadfastness is admirable. Ramble on, Ramblers!
I got bites watching him go through those woods xD Like a warrior who has bested innumerable moths and the most uncanny of spider webs, another quest in the night, one that deserves only the cool sensation of a green tea from the farthest possible vending machine, is completed. 🌠
I love and miss Japan Soooo much. I had the pleasure to actually visit in 2015, and planned to have many more trips, then covid got in the way 😢 So to be able to share this beautifully filmed piece of visual artwork helps me to get that bit of Japan I long to further explore, one day we shall meet again Japan 💖🙏💐

In 1927, Odakyu Line and Nanbu Line were constructed. Noborito Station became the interchange station.

Wonderful, stunning walk - first peaceful and calm with the bright Moon and starshine above, and later so dark and thrilling ! And there came a happy end fortunately 😅 👍 !! Even the cat was happy about it and said it loudly😽.
I felt really sad seeing those shrines closed off and lost to the people... :( I wonder what will happen with them. The toori still had the red varnish, but the rope had something missing. I hope it will be reopen for wanderer. Sure it's steep to get there, but the staircase made it pretty save to walk up and down.
As a westerner who never visited Japan: How annoying are those Cicadas? Because very time I hear them in videos about Japan I think to myself "Oh my God, if I had this as a background noise level every day I would become insane quickly". And I mean especially Cicada noises. I can live with "city" noises like traffic, but something about Cicadas makes it unbearable to me. Do you eventually get used to them as a westerner? What do native people think about their noise?
@@randomplantsandstuff Not a Japanese myself, but after 3 weeks of traveling I was happy to hear the sound of the small crickets we have in Germany 😆 It was rather loud yeah, but I reckon when you can't compare it to somewhere else it's fine

I wouldn't be surprised if you capture some ghost in your video. I have lived in Japan half of my life and yes I had lot's of ghosts experience there. By the way I watch your videos because for some reason it gives me the feeling of I'm there and I'd like to thank you for that. I miss Japan so much and as soon as it opens up, I'm flying right away. Sending you my love from the beautiful island of Guam.
I wanted so badly to be able to tidy all the bamboo away from those stairs and cut back some of the path leading up to it. Seemed really sad to me that it had seemingly been forgotten. Video was a joy to experience, thankyou.
That was very entertaining! I was laughing out loud when you started to wave the stick at the spiderwebs!😆 Those spiderwebs were strong; when you would hit the web with your stick, sometimes the plant it was connected to was bending down!😱 By the way, some of the bamboo that was covering the stairs seemed to be tied down with string; maybe someone is trying to keep you out 🤔😆
I was worried. Can Rambalac get through this much excitement on a single vending machine green tea? And then it happened! This is now a full 2 tea adventure!

I've been working and listen to your videos. Sometimes watch them as I do. I glanced up and its just... woods. I'm like, "where are we???" This is not the sort of places I'm use to you filming and its dark. At first I wasn't even sure there was a path, I couldn't see it. I just see the hand come out and start swatting down webs and MASSIVE spiders. Probably the most I've ever seen of you other than when its raining and u have your squeeze bottle to clean the lens or a rare glimpse of a reflection reflection. I hope your ok after that and it wasn't too frightening. I did enjoy the little adventure.
This was the most entertaining one yet, my dad and I were in hysterics laughing at you waving the twig around in the woods clearing all the spiders away
I was laughing so hard when he would stop at the steps as if he heard some noise up ahead.
"you're a wizard now harry"
brooo the spiderwebs just kept coming
Watching this made feel like i was watching an RPG game where your character is armed with a twig xd
Excellent idea.
This is one my favorite videos. I love how he starts off in the town and ends up in the wild fighting off spiderwebs. Great video.
