I love the last point about the orientation! If you guys are not comfortable, don't go with the flow. Leave/say no/report those involved! So proud of you to stand up for yourself and giving no fucks about the crazy perverts!
@@REBECCANGhey Can I pls know what happens if you guys fail ur 3rd year exams? Is it true that you guys have to start from scratch (start from ur first year)?
@@maggisabelle8769 Hi! Cause more quota is given to Malays and Bumiputera. With that being said, the competition will definitely be higher to get into public universities ☺
finally new video comes❤️ IMU is actually my dream school since i know that i wanted to developing into medical field😅 and this is my last year in my high school ❤️maybe i can meet you in imu in the future❤️
I upload 1 video per week! hehe Omg thats great to hear! All the best for your upcoming exams and may you get your desired university hehe I might not be in Bukit Jalil often already as I will be moving on to my clinical years but I would be happy to see you!
Heyyy Rebecca! I'm about to start my FIS in IMU. Thank you so much for making the videos you are making, it really helps me and I hope to see you around in the future! ☺️
@@REBECCANG too many online games that got so boring and the activities went on to 12/1am everyday. But I bet it was very different from face to face orientation too. Anyways, I love your content!!
I never expected the whole orientation thing💀 but I’m glad that you didn’t feel pressured to involve yourself with something that makes you feel uncomfortable. I do have a question though, would you say that IMU is foreigner friendly?
OMG same! Didn't know orientation would be like that haha Yeap, I'm glad that I was taught to not put up with things I don't stand for hehe Yeap, IMU is totally foreigner friendly! I have foreigner friends who are really sweet and they do enjoy their time here in IMU!
I’m going to study the FIN and I’m so afraid of everything literally !😭 I really want to make friends so bad it will be so much easier to me especially that I’m a foreigner اتمنى تتسهل على الدراسه 😔
DONT BE AFRAID OF CHANGE!!! HEHE You wont grow if you stay in your comfort zone! Most of us here are really nice! I have a close friend who is Sudanese and we LOVEEEE her! You can do it too!
That orientation was an utter disgrace to the university esp when it's so called a tradition in IMU 😳 Regardless of students organising/managing it, I think the lecturer/person in charge should be more responsible & proactive in keeping tabs on the event. They only reacted when someone called in and complained that its a form of sexual harassment!
I just received Jpa scholarship and now decided to enter IMU, do you think is the right decision to leave matrik and use jpa to go to IMU? , btw thanks for your info!
hi im looking into IMU as a international student, and i was wondering if u could give feedback/reviews/anything you've heard about how its like for int'l students? heard from someone that the admin for int'l is rly bad but i never saw any complaints anywhere else so i just wanted an honest opinion cuz i rly liked the video, super helpful! tqtq!
hey Rebecca, Is the teaching medium english ? Oh and one more question, did you choose the PMS pathway? if so could you explain or do a video on it ! Thank you !
Hi Rebecca. I am in IMU right now doing FIS but have never had f2f class in campus yet. I would like to ask how strict is the uni with their dress code? What kind of shoes are we allowed to wear, are flats or boots allowed? Are sweaters allowed? Must we wear shirt for practical cause I'm scared if it gets chemicals on it? A detailed explanation on this would be great as this thought has been troubling me very often.
Hello Divya, hmm they said that they are quite strict with their dress code but I can still see people with informal clothes. For me, I will always dress according to the dress code because of professionalism and discipline. You can wear any type of shoes except slippers. Refer to your handbook and IMU's website. All the details you need will be stated there haha
Are the lecturers nice and helpful towards international students as well?😅I’m currently doing my A levels ( Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and I’m planning to try and go to IMU, but I have so many concerns , what if they aren’t nice... or rude or doesn’t like me😭 I really do wanna become a doctor but because I’ll be studying abroad and away from my family, I have a lot of concerns since I’ll be alone. And thank you so much for your videos , they are really informative and helpful!! I hope you succeed and become a great doctor! ☺️
Hello! Yeap! Most of the lecturers are nice to everyone no matter if you're local or international haha Why would they don't like you? hahaha Anyways these things are not something that you should be worried about because there are more important things in med school to be worried about. You will meet rude people no matter where you are so u just gotta brush them off hehe Thank you so much for your kind words!!! I really appreciate it hehe
Aww thank you so much for your advice, it means a lot to me. I’m going to inspire myself with your videos and words and stop thinking about such negativity once and for all 😌. Stay safe & take care! Goodluck.
Hey Rebecca, I’ve just enrolled to IMU, and now I’m worried I might get uncomfortable during the orientation too, what are the things they will ask us to do that’s inappropriate, do you mind stating, thank you !!!
Hello! Hmm.. are u going to do it online or face to face? If online im not sure about it but if its face to face, most probably they will ask u to join games, gatherings, outing , drama, etc. Dont think that will be the case since we are still having MCO. Lucky you hahaha

Yeap Yeap! I remember one of my peers being so scared to not go with the flow so he just followed and do everything he was asked to do. Yikes!
