Dead Malls: West hill mall

I can't really find any information about this mall. Most of the mall is being used as a security facility (probably because its right next to the state prison.) This mall keeps getting smaller and smaller, as of my visit, only 2 stores were open.

Ah! They keep making it smaller and smaller. Sad that this is happening to such a gorgeous mall. Thanks for filming this place!
