Wow! A big salute to High Court on the decision that OROP to pre 2006 retirees as after retirees. This is what I was wondering why pension benefits only to- after 2006 retirees. Ek karamchari retired on 31.12.2005 aur doosra retired on 31.1.2006, dono braber seva, braber pay scale, ension mein 1300 rupay ka antar atyant haran karne wala hai aur annyay.

Dear kanna, I am badly effected. I am retired on 30 may 2006. I got noting in orop 1 & 2. In orop 3 I got arriers of rs 1350/- . I wrote to record, pao, pdca. All in vain & no reply from them. रछित जी जयहिंद सर हम 2004/मे रिटायर हुए है उस समय सेंट्रल से 150000/ रूपए का बीमा था अब उसकी 2024/मे समाप्त हो गई इस विषय मे जनकारी दे बाकी बडी हुई पैनसन तथा ऐरियल आपके बताए अनुसार मिल चुकी है 15/शाल कमपयूट कट चुका है जो कमपयूट ज्यादा कट गया है वह मिलेगा या नही यह भी बताए 🙏🙏

Equal pension cannot be granted to ESM without granting MACP to pre 2006 retirees.
