BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP INGREDIENTS:
► 24 oz broccoli cut into small pieces
► 4 tbsp butter
► 1/2 white onion
► 2 minced garlic cloves
► 4 tbsp all purpose flour
► 2 cups chicken broth
► 1 tbsp salt
► 1/2 tsp black pepper
► 1/4 tsp paprika
► 1/4 tsp nutmeg
► 1 cup shredded carrots
► 2 cups half & half
► 3 cups cheddar cheese

I recommend using sharp cheddar cheese. I tried it with medium and it didn’t wow me. Will be trying this recipe again as it was very easy.

Too salty to consume. So disappointed. Maybe a typo but DO NOT add a Tbsp. of salt. I added a potato in an effort to save it. Just terrible.
