I find it funny because Iblee is everything but a cutesy girl, it does feel like a card Kaiba would put to mock his opponent as even his "Waifu" cards would actually be like him (Mad scientist-esque with a hoard of monsters made by the power of science and sheer dedication).
Someone needs to write the Iblee X Kaiba fic because those two have more chemistry than Seto with Kisara.

Mdern day cards have no restrictions. So stupid. Like you do not need to discard a card or pay LP to use a monsters effect, that mostly going to be a quick play effect. The only restriction is that you can use the effect once per turn,while with old cards you could abuse the effect more times per turn, but the modern monster gonna have 2-3 effects. It is not balanced at all. There are i think around 10K cards but nobody gonna play equip spells that give you 500 more ATK, or traps that allow you to draw 1 card etc.
Sadly Noir can't target it's own card😃
If opponent just use Noir effect and stall bcs all ritual spell in gy he Will win🤣🤣🤣🤣
