Both my sons have eighth house Suns. Leo and Scorpio with a Stellium. Leo seems to have an easier time at life, Scorpio Moon and Capricorn Rising. The other son has Pisces Rising, Moon in Capricorn. He has a harder time in life. My husband his a Scorpio. I am a Capricorn.

I know a Capricorn sun, Mars, Venus, Mars, Neptune, Uranus 8th house. He is an Atheist and always accuses his paranormal experiences of being his own delusions. All practical like a Capricorn but the experiences still happen. He went through a short phase of being Pagan but quickly went back to Atheism. His 'deep digging' plays out in mathematics. He can do calculus in his head but can't do basic, simple math. His fiance is a witch so occult things are still around him.
Thank you, Carmen. I think you're right. I've also had a lot of life/death situations and 'come back' from near death scenarios. But I do think I received traits from my father and his father (whom I never met). And I do feel others' feelings even if never articulated. It can be helpful or painful (sometimes upsetting). I think this is an interesting/fated aspect. For me, it's in Leo, conjunct my Venus. So... lots of crises around partners, my father, love, money...and sudden moments of relief (as I know the 8th house also can bring crises and sudden/unforeseen changes). It's very unpredictable, but I suppose...destined. As you said, I do think my main goal is to heal and be healed. Wrote my thesis on the connection between writing/art and recovery... Huge issue for me. thanks again for your coverage. I think this house...has so many layers to it. xo

My fathers side...a long line of David...I assume goes right back? The closer relatives didn’t have any of it..very ego...while I have accepted death related to the father..and over a fear of the dark...so I can bring what’s in the dark into the light and heal those things for others. It’s all related to truth...speaking the truth...being rejected by the earthly father...I can only move to the higher principle of the father that seeded life and the remember his plan for us.

Would you be able to give a small description of what it means if your sun is in the eighth house and your partners moon is in scorpio? How does that really translate as far as understanding? Because my moon is in sag and I know you have to look at the whole chart, but these two moon signs aren't the most compatible. I'm just struggling to understand that if your sun "shines" in the eighth house of scorpio, then wouldn't that add more compatibility and deepness if the partners emotional self is in the sign of scorpio?

Both my sons have eighth house Suns. Leo and Scorpio with a Stellium. Leo seems to have an easier time at life, Scorpio Moon and Capricorn Rising. The other son has Pisces Rising, Moon in Capricorn. He has a harder time in life. My husband his a Scorpio. I am a Capricorn.

I know a Capricorn sun, Mars, Venus, Mars, Neptune, Uranus 8th house. He is an Atheist and always accuses his paranormal experiences of being his own delusions. All practical like a Capricorn but the experiences still happen. He went through a short phase of being Pagan but quickly went back to Atheism. His 'deep digging' plays out in mathematics. He can do calculus in his head but can't do basic, simple math. His fiance is a witch so occult things are still around him.
Thank you, Carmen. I think you're right. I've also had a lot of life/death situations and 'come back' from near death scenarios. But I do think I received traits from my father and his father (whom I never met). And I do feel others' feelings even if never articulated. It can be helpful or painful (sometimes upsetting). I think this is an interesting/fated aspect. For me, it's in Leo, conjunct my Venus. So... lots of crises around partners, my father, love, money...and sudden moments of relief (as I know the 8th house also can bring crises and sudden/unforeseen changes). It's very unpredictable, but I suppose...destined. As you said, I do think my main goal is to heal and be healed. Wrote my thesis on the connection between writing/art and recovery... Huge issue for me. thanks again for your coverage. I think this house...has so many layers to it. xo

I'm a sun in 8th house in Pisces.
My fathers side...a long line of David...I assume goes right back? The closer relatives didn’t have any of it..very ego...while I have accepted death related to the father..and over a fear of the dark...so I can bring what’s in the dark into the light and heal those things for others. It’s all related to truth...speaking the truth...being rejected by the earthly father...I can only move to the higher principle of the father that seeded life and the remember his plan for us.
I'm glad this video was put back up. I read your book and was amazed at how accurate it was. Question though. Would you be able to give a small description of what it means if your sun is in the eighth house and your partners moon is in scorpio? How does that really translate as far as understanding? Because my moon is in sag and I know you have to look at the whole chart, but these two moon signs aren't the most compatible. I'm just struggling to understand that if your sun "shines" in the eighth house of scorpio, then wouldn't that add more compatibility and deepness if the partners emotional self is in the sign of scorpio?

Yes i've tried again on two computers. The ones that come up with a broken link is the 8th and 12th house group, as well as the houses group. I am joined to the others. They also don't show up if you search them on Facebook.

Virgo Sun Aquarius Moon here, laughing so hard as most of its so true! I do fear being discovered (lots of 8th house planets), but discovered for what I don't know! Nothing much to hide here I think. And my family is full of 8th house people so there is really no constancy generally but my Mars in Gemini likes to think its interesting. And would harsh life lessons from a father count as gifts? Cause then I'd fit the bill too.
