Hi Scott, Michael. I hear force before motion all the time in golf instruction and I understand (to some extent) Newton’s first law but I have yet to hear a clear explanation of HOW to initiate it and blend it into a well sequenced swing from a standing start. (Kyle has to move like crazy to get it going but he has eight chances to hit the grid - we have one!). How does force trigger motion?
I’m no expert but my understanding is that what Kyle Berkshire is doing is the same movement used to initiate pressure before motion, which is a press into front foot to initiate a pressure back and then you apply a brake to the backswing to recenter into transition. I don’t want to cross pollinate because these guys are super smart on this stuff but look up dr Kwon and specifically his kettlebell swings and try that it should help you understand how to move forward to move back and vice versa. If I’m wrong I apologize and I hope Dr Lynn or Michael can help clarify.
@@erock3363 Tx for reply. Well one is super smart but the other keeps saying he isn’t!! (Just kidding). Love Dr Kwon too. It’s just that while I understand the concept of force before motion, I have yet to see a repeatable way of doing it that doesn’t require a number of attempts to get one good strike, a luxury we don’t have in stroke play. I actually think we are not far away from someone doing a stage 3 (dr K) or happy Gilmore off the tee to achieve the required distance to be able to hit a conventional approach shot to the green. It’s just a question of time before we see it imho.
@@jonsmith9424 I think it’s just a matter of practice to get a repeatable motion and consistent strike, no? I live by a saying I heard about golf “don’t practice until you get it right, practice until you can’t get it wrong”.
When he keeps repeating that he’s the dumbest guy in the room. It becomes very cringe. I’m sure he might’ve gotten some laughs from his friends at one point but it’s not funny anymore.
Awesome video greatly explained 👍👍
I think I absorbed about 2% of this presentation from 2 smart gentlemen using language of flux capacitors. Simplify simplify simplify please.

About 25 minutes of infomercial and 4 minutes of information.
This feels very long. Can you just boil this down to about 60 seconds? This is very hard to get through
Thanks for your feedback. We are making video shorts of these longer videos so keep an eye on our Instagram channel.
This is incomprehensible drivel…
Take your hands out of your pockets. Doesn’t look good.
Interesting, but talks around point with too many side stories and analogy. Hard enough to understand .
Sorry guys. But this sounds like purposeful techno-babble.

he should've stayed at home
Every poor presentation
