The Hospital Chapel on Ilford Hill was founded as a hospice for 13 old and infirm men in 1145 by Adelicia, Abbess of Barking. As part of the London Open House Festival 2023 it will be open for visits and guided tours on Saturday 16th September 10am to 4pm and Sunday 17th September 1pm to 4.30pm. The oldest building in Redbridge - do pay us a visit!
