For stalker jackets I’m fairly certain you can just pop hunter hood instead of cleric robe. The resistances given by retaliate only apply to the damage you actively take and because of this you can actually do more damage with deflect than you take. HOWEVER I do not play with cloth robes often and the resistances on them may make it worse to do this so some testing is needed
For real, we need the AI constraints these days. Privacy protection...we need it, but its nearly impossible without individuals making some serious personal life choices.

just out of curiosity what is the best frost staff set up for mists? you seem like you have experience and would have decent advice. Im currently running hunter hood, mage robe. soldier boots, 1h frost, a mistcaller and a lym cape. i am just wondering if my setup is good or whether it could be improved

My ign is Jeb74 and my rules would be similar to albion community: 1) If you are too aggressive your gonna get ganked. 2) If you challenge someone and you cheat (for example using a knife in a boxe duel) you are gonna get bear pawed or dagger paired. 3) If you take other's crop you get the glock.
1 rule: no doublebladed players allowed 2 rule: only mans with "balls" allowed, no rats 3 rule: when you first step on the island, you dont need to do the tutorial.

Investing in your local/community economy. Minimal govt tax to ever be paid instead communities will have local / community funds that will help directly instead of it getting siphoned through govt tax. Govt drives community events to boost local economies and funds 3. Govt incentivize employees to be part time workers instead of full time. 3 days work weeks and then incentivize working the local land, growing nature and boosting the local community through those means instead. The goal for the country would be to build a beautiful tourist destination due to the lush nature, fresh food and happy people that would help fund an already sustainable economy where people grow their own local food, care for their community and have enough time off to take care of themselves.

@@Melancholei so the way you have to play against Deathgiver is do as much dmg as possible, make sure you get an E in there, use chest active early, then full reset the fight before he gets his 3rd stack. DG does no dmg without that double E, so you will come out of this trade ahead. Then you just full commit fight the 2nd engagement, and as soon as he has 3 stacks, you have Hunter ready. Unless he is MUCh stronger than you, this tactic works almost every time.

Bow is a huge asspain indeed. Frost isn't too bad, as long as you entice them to chase you instead of the other way around.

It is correct :) I think generally 5 kills per death. My fame KD ratio is similar.
SBI won't nerf baxe. It isn't even a top 10 best weapons. You just play it well. So don't worry about the nerfs.

If you bring T6 battleaxe with the rest 4.1, you can probably fight up to T8 with enough practice.
