Awesome video! Im all about my compression gear and any gear or gadgets that will promote longevity! I also advocate for Nasal breathing and the thought processes/implications of doing so. When I incorporate nasal breathing during my workouts I try to get a solid controlled diaphragmatic inhale, feeling the breath expand my diaphragm in all directions etc. Then hum whilst I exhale to take advantage of nitric oxide being created, but also increasing CO2 tolerance/HRV etc. I find it grounds me and gives me a better mind body breath connection which gives me a calm mind during competition!

I started forcing myself to breathe through my nose while doing anything physical a while ago and I got a bunch of snot all over my face doing 20 rep squats.
Nasal breathing is effective for certain movements. I personally use it when doing suitcase carries and farmers' walks. It works because it helps me properly brace my core muscles, which translates into any other lift that I do, whether upper or lower body.
