My interviewer asked me "Who is your inspiration"?
I replied "Mehar Sindhu Batra, the founder of MSBvision and she is a careercoach as well. Currently she is in UK...".Then he interrupted and said "I know her Pinky! She is wonderful and I follow her as well".LOL😂
Thanks so much for sharing Pinky. This means so much to me 🥺💗🙏🏼 impact of our community. Lots of love
We shy away from help because the moment you try to go for support in an industry they just gonna show they're the busiest person on earth and acts rude
Love the way you explained the difference. I live in Uk and just starting my new job working with team in India. This video gave me few tips. Thanks
I work for Indians as a British person myself and I agree so much with this video!
Impressive way of conversation
Loved it 👍
Great video. I have been living in the US for past 12 years and considering to move to the UK. Looking forward to watch more videos like this.

Very informative video. I wish India had the same work culture. It would bring the best out of a person.
Nice video✨
mam you always come up with new content that captivates audience 💗
More power to you
Hi Mehar, It was just the kind of information I was looking for. I'm aspiring to work in London, UK. At the same time I'm also switching my profile from Engineering to MArketing. I would love to take your guidance. Please let me know in any way that you can help me in!
Love you Mehar❤
Insightful and Helpful❤
Thank you so much Adam 🥺♥️🙏🏼 lots of love and best wishes back
Awesome Videoo
Your greatly mistaken, trains rarely run on time in the UK.
Thank you so much ma'am for taking up this topic! Regarding difference pt. 6 I couldn't agree more with you! During my articleship in a medium sized firm, I was frowned upon and considered as someone "weak" because I was still too new to understand the work assignments given to me and during that time instead of coming forward with assistance I was scolded and humiliated, which really affected me adversely and then I refrained from asking for help from seniors for the rest of my tenure of 3 years which hampered my growth and learning.
You're not weak 💗 All the hardships only make us stronger and better seniors to our juniors in the future. Lots of love and power to you Eva 💗
Loved the way you explained the differences!!.....useful content🤗
Mam can you please make a video on part time jobs/internship?(for UG students)....Wld be very glad!😊❤️

When u say UK is it across or any specific state.. pls clarify
Hi Mehar,
Would be helpful if you could shed some light on how we can secure a Tier 2 sponsored job in UK.
really an insightful video! also helps to spark conversations about one's mental health, burnout, which is not much talked about in India, need more of these to be conversed on and be mindful of, thanks a lot for putting this out!
Absolutely agree! So many things were so new to me here 💗
Pls put abt ur website details in description box
Beautiful videos like bro 😂👍
Vegetarian food availability in UK??
Sahib Bahadur/ Madam-Sir🎉

Madam can you please tell the best MBA universities in London which is affordable and about the Scholarships for students and course duration etc
Also please tell about london school of business.Your videos are so inspiring and helpful.
Great suggestion! Will keep that in mind 💗
As person who's working in the UK, I completely agree with her, very well made video
Make More Video On Cs working abroad?🙂
It's quite narrow
Over here boss says: heavens are not going to fall 😂
I really appreciate the content of yours, there is so much value addition and learning, just one thing i felt could be better is the editing part as the transition from one point to another ,the hand movement change is seen and can be a bit distracting, overall the content is gold!
Thanks Rincy for the feedback. Will keep this in mind 💗💗
Good and useful video but the music got a bit annoying
India is best
I have worked in London for 6 years and came back to India, and now I really regret that decision.
Same story, but I was in Munich,Germany!
Why are you regretting coming in India can you plz tell it can me a lot
Madam iam always addictive to your content
Mam I asked a doubt in fb
Because they don't take sick leave to go to movie with gf... work is more important than gf there in UK
Too overly generic. None of these is true. None of the negative aspects of working in the UK are touched upon. In reality it's much harder to make work friends in the UK as their boundaries are much tighter.
Job hi sab kuch hota hai
I am not Indian ut working with 3 indian women in child care. They sit on the floor all day and wait for someone to pass by (me), call me "darling" and ask me to pass them an iPad, pen, wipes, to get the rubbish they collected while sitting and put it in the bin, pass them sunscreen and gloves to apply sunscreen to kids, bring back runaway children, etc, etc. I feel like I am working with 3 people with disabilities who still dont have wheelchairs and cannot move. Maybe you Indians respect each other, but I dont see any respect to coworker who are not Indian.
Do you know in bhojpuri mehar means wife😀
4:56 - You really need to tell your boss that you are not available after 6 PM? Isn't that obvious?
India there is no leave continues that is why India is best for job & UK is also good both are good place to work
So absolutely no negative points in work culture of UK..?
Compared to India I feel it’s definitely better.
Mam you really are so biased. No sick leaves in india, seriously? You must have worked in a really bad company. Because it's pretty casual to take sick leaves in India without having to tell anything. However in UK you have to present the doctor's appointment proof. Do not mislead. It's not that rosy as you are portraying here.
@@JyotsnaThapliyal nosm she is right ✅️ absolutely india has highly toxic hai baikar ey kpmg mai Jake dheko pta lagega low pay
Like I said "really shitty places" any consultancy is a bad place to work no matter the name. Ever worked at good places like flipkart, Google, Microsoft? Or any product based company in India? They are much better than these UK/EU companies.
@@JyotsnaThapliyal people are kind there not indian bosses who are just shit
Chup pgl bana rahi hai ye
Why bro can you plz tell are you work in uk
