    The cow is voiced by Frank Nelson, best known for his appearances on The Jack Benny Program where he said "Yeeessss?"
    The fox is voiced by Paul Frees, aka Boris Badenov from the Rocky & Bullwinkle Show, imitating Peter Lorre.
    The turtle is Ralph James, best known as the voice of Orson from Mork & Mindy.
    The owl is voiced by Paul Winchell, of course, the voice of Tigger from Winnie-the-Pooh.
    The narrator at the end is Herschel Bernardi, a Yiddish theater actor, who, for a time, was Tevye in Fiddler on Broadway.

    • @classicpinball9873
      @classicpinball9873 6 лет назад +19

      most people remember it like that because the original phrasing doesn't make sense - of course the center of a tootsie pop is the tootsie pop center why is it necessary to say that? Some people just remember it as the center of a tootsie pop since it makes more sense in their head so thats the memory that sticks

      It kinda sucks though because way back when they used to actually air it on TV, EVERYBODY would know what you were talking about whenever you referenced a commercial.... like... in normal conversation. Nowadays, you'd have to tell them to look it up on RUclips or elsewhere..... and they probably wouldn't give a rats ass if they saw it or didn't. Back then, before there was the internet or even 16-bit consoles, they'd probably have no choice BUT to see it... or just formed a habit of changing channels or walking away from the TV when the commercials come on... lol.

    Anywhere between 170 and 640 licks, depending on a wide variety of factors.
