When I first heard Maroon 5's new single "Memories," my ears jumped straight to Pachelbel's Canon, and I'm sure a lot of people's did too. So I had to mix the two!
I used to play canon in d to my baby girl when I was pregnant and she would love it. I lost her at 26 weeks of pregnancy. When I heard Memories I loved it and made me think of my daughter. And then I realized these two song go perfectly together. I love it even more.

There's thousands of different piano tiles games. The original one was by cheetah games and was called don't touch the white tiles. But afterwards everyone created their own versions.

I have done that a lot with classical music and thought that people would think i was horrible for doing so and so i never put it out. Marron 5 makes me think differently now and Memories does not make Cannon D bacdk into publlic domain so Ima switch it up. also Eric carmen wrote all his songs from classical and 2 he pretty musch sang over thme but he has to still pay out 12 percent of everything those 2 songs bring in. I can turn claaical into hevy metal pop and rock country. omg it is endless what can be done here with all the classical that most have never heard. Just WOW!!!
@@cyborrooster4917 it’s not lazy song writing it’s a catchy melody and I cant remember a time this melody was made into a modern song. The lyrics are actually pretty decent, lazy song writing would be a song that says non sense just to make the words rhyme. Take Blueface for example.

Not exactly the circle of fifths but rather a chord progression known as the Pachelbel Canon Chord Progression. This states that the chord will go in the following order: I-V-vi-iii-IV-I-IV-V. Memories also shared this chord progression. The opening melody at the beginning is also the same as the first few notes of the Pachelbel Canon melody- just transposed up to B major (as opposed to the original key of D Maj.)
My childhood song, Cannon. When I hearedbthe song on the radio, I Just noticed that the rhythm of the song is the exact same thing as the Cannon song. I luv this song 🎶
You know what, if Maroon 5 recorded Memories in a more classical style like this, (basically just owning the fact that they sampled Canon In D 😅) I'd find it super interesting and unique. Still a great song, both of them 👏
