its OmniCD, the icons attached to the party frames is the Dungeons module, and the extra bar CC bar is called “extra bars”in omnicd. Make sure to read the tooltips, or watch a tutorial cuz it’s a bit weird to set up.
Why don't you keep spamming Sacred Hammer during the run around in a circle phase at last boss? It generated holy power you could use to either assist healer or keep the 3 stack buff from Shield of the Righteous alive.
