It's theoretically possible to get a full board of 7 murlocs that all have divine-shield, windfury, poisonous, and taunt. You just need to give 1-2 of your murlocs all of those, upgrade them, use megasaurs to give the rest of your murlocs the buffs, and then play the upgraded murlocs back in.

They should ad cards like the blue drake. Where you can use your hero power any number of times then it would seem to balance out heros like patches ragnoros and other heros like that

Guardian/sensei is the best combo for turn three afk. Trust me I had a game i could have afked for the last five turns and it would have still been an easy win
demons already do self damage on top of the Lich's hero power, so if you go that route you're basically looking for turbo mal'ganis and if you whiff you're dead. Not to mention that demons are already lackluster overall. I agree that the best strat for Lich is probably to turbo Mal'ganis but you should be looking to do menagerie or something at that point.
