@chorkormillionaire after paying the cad110, i and my family realised that passage is only paying for tuition fees of 2 years and living expenses for one year. We are picking a course for 2 years (computer system technician (T141)). This will not work with our calculations.

It was not mentioned as a requirement. If You're from a country that is English profieciency exempt, you should be fine.
If English is not the language of instruction in your home country, you will likely need an English proficiency clearance to study in most schools in Canada.

i think you should make a direct contact with chorko or have a direct contact with passsage company so that they can directly get to you as fast as possible. Remember to know all the essential information you filled on your form before you travel.( some being ask to show cash or make a withdraw at the airport during their interview especially those who have not deposit anything with the school)
