@@MarkJakabcsin1 must have a decade of rust on me brother, but post rona, looking to see VV FWIW the lessons have stuck though - dabbled in a bit of judo and fencing after years off and it just kicked in It's my knee injuries that are the limiting factor physically, as i found out, but I do conditioning and some breath work, lightened the load on them ;)
