A lot of the time they switch things only with one actor to see if they can get a good reaction from the other actors and especially the audience. I'm sure either Jodie came up with this in the moment or a writer came over to her and said to say it. Either way it is amazing and one of my favorite fuller house lines

When Bob thought the cameras were off, he stated that he was using the doll as a sex toy. Everyone on set saw it. And he doesn't even sound sorry for it. He joked about it like "oh haha, I'm going to hell for that." Creepy ass. I'd piss on his grave.
