Merry Christmas ya'll! Consider this as a gift since it has been a long time since I posted a work vlog. To be honest, a gift to myself too. I've been wanting to make a work content as a sous chef. My last kitchen video was when I was just a Chef de Partie. And so, without further yaaking.....
My day as a sous chef ♡
What is a sous chef?
Well in short, the second in command after the head chef. For this video, the head chef was on a day-off. So I am in charge of making sure everything is up to standards, staff are being supported, trainees are guided and kitchen in tip-top.
