I recently bought the “movie” Titanium Man out of curiosity. While outdated by today’s standards, it did make nostalgic for when Hasbro would make full fledged figures based on concept art or video game tie-ins. A part of me understands why they don’t do it as much. As you stated they are “one-offs” and probably don’t sell as well as more established looks from the source material(s). However, I think an element of “fun” is kinda lost, where the toy designers get to break loose and go wild.

It’s a huge bummer the older Hasbro Iron Man movie figures are as short as they are, it doesn’t look realistic even for a more human sized Titanium Man/Crimson Dynamo

Hi maybe you know if it’s possible to somehow remove the head of this Ultron? I really like this figure, except for the balls at the top of legs, I replaced them with a stiltman part, it turned out weird but it work. I also have a same Ultron head that came with retro vision, I wanted to change it but I don’t know if it’s possible without breaking neck
