Overhead must be 20k a month that’s a lot of sneakers to profitably cover just the rent. Hope they crush it but after seeing what they buy shoes for it’s tough to crush a sneaker reselling store in a place like Vegas. If anyone can do it it’s these guys

That mall manager needs to be taught a lesson on business. The way he immediately threatened fines on a brand new tenant on their opening day is horrible. I’ve been in the mall business for a long time and he definitely needs to be checked by the owners/higher ups for the behavior.
other stores were obviously complaining people are blocking there entrance and i bet you they pay a shit load of money to be there with all those big brands like gucci ect.
I'm 100% sure he's in line with the owners.

Good call with the super large footprint store in Vegas. The rent per sqft is a lot cheaper so even though you have a TON of negative retail space all over the store you aren’t losing money.

I don’t know if you can see this Rami but watching this video after today it’s opened my eyes and made me feel happy with the depress state I’ve been in. I’m going through a traumatic drug addiction but always feel good after watching your videos. I think I want to get back into reselling sneakers again and learn how to play spades to better myself.
