thanks so much... this was honestly what was delaying me spamming vocab words... I just kinda understood the french r and nasal vowels are kinda getting better, and this was the last thing I needed practise with. Now, I can spam some vocabs with correct pronunciation!

@@Learn__French so what about ue, ao, and au? Any tricks? Are they just similar to the English use? Could you maybe give examples with reference to English words.

"UE" is pronounced like a tight "w" sound - phonetic symbol: [ɥ], like 'we' in the English word 'west', example: la Suède (Sweden). (G+ue) has the sound of 'g' hard, example: la figue (fig).
(Q+ue) is pronounced [kɛ], example: la question. (You can watch the video of consonant sounds on this channel.)
In many French words, the letter u is usually placed after 'ao', /aou/, and it can be pronounced in two ways. The 'oo' sound, like 'oo' in the English word 'zoo', example: 'août' (August) and the 'au' sound in the word 'le caoutchouc' (rubber/caoutchouc).
